NEW Quiet Room w/ Views in Upscale Riverfront Inn

Thoughtfully renovated in 2021-23, Room #4 features two-story, floor-to-ceiling views to the Nehalem River. The first floor has oversized swivel chairs, a kitchenette (w/ mini fridge, Keurig and microwave) and dining a dining set. A tight, circular staircase winds up to the bedroom level, with a king size bed (and great linens) and luxurious bathroom, w/ heated floors and dual shower heads. This room has a private deck on each level, in addition to several shared outdoor areas. No pets, please.

A bright kitchen area features modern appliances including a microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. White cabinets and light blue walls create a clean aesthetic. A small dining table is positioned alongside, with light streaming in through the window, illuminating the laminate flooring.

Our King Suite is equipped with a king size bed in the front room and a queen size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with basic pots/pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt and pepper. We do not provide additional kitchen items. This room has a ductless heat pump with A/C. The max occupancy for our suite is 4 people and is strictly enforced, no exceptions. We do not permit guests to sleep in vehicles on property.

Jennifer's place was very nice! It was clean and comfortable. A short walk to restaurants and Cape Kiwanda. Host is friendly and quick to respond. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

The inn was very close to the beach, and i could see the ocean from the room balcony. The room is compact and quaint. Internet wasn’t awesome for video calls but worked perfectly for everything else, room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating.

Wonder place for the price! Amenities exceeded expectations and the place was cozy and comfortable. Great location allowing easy access to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants.

I loved this place - homey, cozy, and right by the beach and on the main drag. Being able to bring our dog was also a huge plus. The staff were friendly and even notified me when I left some jewelry behind so I could get it before leaving town. The tub with jets was also a nice surprise. Very cozy bed. A little bit more kitchen equipment and an updated TV would have been nice, but if you're looking for a nice getaway close to everything - I highly recommend and would stay again!

I enjoyed my time here. Very peaceful at night and the view was beautiful. Laying in the bed watching netflix while looking at the river and all the greenery made the trip so relaxing. Thanks for the quick response as well. Everything was so clean and just enough of what I needed it. The fan I used that was left in the closet was A1. Thanks 💙

Great place to stay! Exactly as described and pictured, super close to a ton of wonderful sights along the coast. Heather even provides a guidebook with some local suggestions that are great if you’re not sure where to go. Overall amazing stay!
