We enjoyed a lovely stay for a week in the beautiful holiday house. It was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The beautiful flower gardens behind the house were lovely to see and Marianne was a wonderful host and very friendly. We loved the location of the house, especially how near it is to Effteling and other beautiful local attractions. The only issue we had was that the roosters near to the house were rather loud which did sometimes wake us up early. It is a beautiful spot and a lovely place to stay.

Listing as described and impeccable. Some kitchen utensils are missing (a pasta strainer would be welcome), but we were able to cook without any worries. The heating (reversible air conditioning) is adjustable, so it's perfect for people who get cold or hot quickly like me! :) We really liked the location of the accommodation (peaceful but not isolated since in the middle of a golf complex). The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the small garden which looked very nice!

Such a beautiful place to stay. We absolutely loved our weekend away in the countryside. It is right next to a farm where you can buy amazing meat and egg. It’s a short drive away from the beautiful Dutch town of Oirschot. The beds were comfy, lots of space and a kitchen with coffee machine. Exceeded our expectations!

We loved the beautiful place and beautiful garden! It really felt like home. Communication with Kim was super fast. Highly recommended in terms of location.

We had a nice short vacation with our dog and cat in Gwen's cottage. Great location to visit Efteling. It all looked like the photos. Everything is tastefully decorated, but not cluttered. The kitchen is a bit outdated, but fits the style of the house. All the necessary equipment is available, we still had to buy a few basics like oil and baking paper. The oven is a bit temperamental, but it's enough to bake rolls or pizza if you have a little patience. 😉 The disadvantage for me was that you can't ventilate downstairs (except by opening the front door). The upper floor is beautifully renovated and bright. The large bedroom even has air conditioning. You can see the age of the bathroom in one place or another (shower wall, silicone joints), but everything was cleaned as best as possible. You have to be careful with the steep stairs. Check-in and check-out was very straightforward and flexible thanks to the key box. Gwen was always available and friendly.

It is a lovely cosy chalet in a peaceful green area. It lacks some basics which we've discussed with the host as it is a new listing. this was really well received and I believe most of the tips will be resolved before the next guests arrive. The master bed is is really comfortable as is the luxurious bedding. The heater / airconditioning works well. Good value for your money! Thanks for the hospitality Luc!

The tiny house was a quiet, peaceful place to stay with the basic things I needed to feel settled: a great couch, windows onto a beautiful garden, a comfortable bed, a fine kitchen, coffee, and a cozy loft. Sjoukje was a lovely host and went out of her way to accommodate me and make my stay easy. She lent me a bike and gave me lots of advice about the local area. I really appreciate her and my time here.

Booked one day in advance. Peter was super responsive and we had a very good time. The communication was great and enjoyed the house.

How we enjoyed it. We had a long weekend with the family including grandpa, child and doggies. A large enclosed garden where the dogs could play and run freely. Hammocks that our teenager has hung in. A fire bowl where we grilled marshmallows in the evening. The biggest highlights were the bbq and the hot tub we made maximum use of. A quiet area, cottage that is complete, a hostess who was quickly accessible and friendly. Beautiful hiking trail towards Bergharen. An escaperoom at Fundustry. We will definitely come back. First of all, this place is worth every penny. It is fantastically beautifully quietly located and the outdoor area plus the house are a real dream. For anyone who loves nature and is looking for some peace and relaxation, this is the place. The hot tub was super heated and was used by us often! There is enough space and opportunities to talk, in the form of games or just to have a relaxing time. Shortly before arrival, we unfortunately learned that the hot tub was out of order for one day and we did not have a dishwasher in the main house. However, this was communicated early and we were even offered to cancel at short notice and free of charge. We still wanted to arrive and enjoyed the time very much. And after one day, we had the hot tub again. They also accommodated us in terms of costs, which was very fair. We had a great time and would love to come back. Communication was outstanding. Thanks for that!

We had a great week. It is a beautiful house and location. The hospitality is very much appreciated and the animals present make it complete. The children have enjoyed Misty the dog and the horses Fiero and Puzzle.

We stayed for a week with a family of four. There was ample space for everyone, and we never got in each other's way. The house is exactly like the pictures and we had a wonderful time. Anja was very responsive and pretty much answered all our questions way before we even got there. We went mostly on day trips while we were there, but we did eat at some of the nearby restaurants (Alverna), which were nice. Our shopping for groceries and such was done in downtown Wijchen, a few minutes drive, with a lot of shops. We had a great experience and will wholeheartedly recommend this house and Anja, especially for extended stays.

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful woodland surroundings, very peaceful. Marieke was a great host, super responsive and really helpful communication. Really nice walks nearby in the forest - a lovely getaway.

Lovely place for a stay. We primarily used it as a base for the Efteling, but could happily have stayed longer and done some exploring. The setting was beautiful and, weather permitting, it has lots of great outdoor spaces and amazing views over the lake. Chalet is very cozy and all amenities you need are provided. The only thing worth noting is that the swimming pool is only available for open swimming for very limited spots during the week, as we found out when we rocked up and found it closed for swimming lessons!

Lovely home, we very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean, convenient street parking, and a great location in Tilburg. Maxime was super friendly and helpful, definitely recommend.

Had a nice stay (1 night). Communication is good, the hosts respond quickly. We asked if we could check in earlier and they did their best to make this possible. Loft is nicely decorated, within walking distance of Tilburg station and the city center.

Orthe was a wonderful hostess, and the cottage is perfect for 2 adults. The only problem we had was, that the kitchen sink was stopped up the whole time we were there, therefore I could not really use the kitchen to cook full meals. We managed the best we could. Orthe, tried her best to obtain a plumber, but was unable to fix the problem while we were there. That said, she provided us with two bottles of wine, and a quick meal the night we arrived and was very good at answering any questions and all our requests and need. I would stay there again; the property is beautiful, and the cottage was just the right size.

Lovely quiet location, responsive host. only a short walk to a bus stop with frequent buses to city centre, recommended!
