We are happy to rent out our separat guesthouse with sitting area, large dining table that can also be used for work, fitness corner and a 2-person bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A private terrace has also been thought of. The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby. This quietly located accommodation is tastefully decorated. Enjoy the birds and the space. Parking is free on the street.

On the 3rd floor kitchen and living/bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, combi microwave and ceramic hob. There is a table with 2 chairs. In the living/bedroom there is a double bed, (sleeping)sofa, TV (chrome cast for, among other things, on Netflix: log in yourself).

In addition, there are two separate terraces in private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

I had an excellent stay at Merel's place. It is located in a quiet and central area, and the communication with Merel was great. I highly recommend.

The stay at Ans was the ideal stopover on my trip. You can come and go so late as you like, through the check in and check out with the key box. I felt right at home because of the nice breakfast and contact with Ans. The room, garden and surroundings were beautiful; too bad I could only enjoy it for one night. I would definitely come back!

Because of a concert visit only for one night in Tilburg, but the accommodation fit perfectly. Pip is a very friendly and communicative host who shares her apartment with guests in a pleasant way. I'd love to come back :-)
