Hospitable enjoyment, that is our motto. You are welcome in our luxurious, very complete B&B: "Tussen Broek en Duin". Recently renovated with air conditioning and new hard floors. We clean very well. When booking from 2 adults, you have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: if you book for 1 person, you will have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But you may have to share a bathroom and separate toilet.

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has recently been renovated in part of a long-gable farm, where once was the cowshed and hayloft. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Aan het tuinhuis is een groot overdekt terras met de keuken waar het heerlijk is om te zitten. Je maakt in de frisse buitenlucht je potje klaar hetgeen de beleving nog zo intens maakt, zelfs bij minder goed weer. In de buurt kan je mooie wandelingen en fietstochten maken in de velden, bossen, langs de kanalen of rond de Molse meren.

You will enjoy a quiet and private stay in a charming cottage situated in a green garden. The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
