We offer you a cozy house and its location is very quiet (neighborhood), it has alarm monitoring, video surveillance of the house, you can spend a relaxed weekend alone or with your family without the noise of the city. It is 10 minutes from the city and Chiricano cuisine. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, but since there are only 2 rooms, only 6 to 8 people could sleep, unless the rest want to camp on the terrace or patio.

I offer a spacious apartment on the top floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, full laundry room, full kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, hot water, cable, WiFi, in La Concepción, Bugaba, a few kilometers from the city of David, Tierras Altas and La Frontera with Costa Rica. Capacity for 6 people (1 double bed and 2 queen beds). Pets are welcome but at an additional cost of $40.

Pet-friendly, we have some dogs. If you visit us with pets, you must pay at check-in $20 / ¢10,000 for the first night of the pets' stay and $10 / ¢5000 for each extra night.
