Stunning home and beautiful location! I had a really relaxing stay, and loved that I was steps away from a pristine beach and could hear the waves from the apartment. The apartment was in pristine condition and offered everything I could need. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

We enjoyed staying at Villa Rozaria very much. The villa is hard to find initially, but with directions and Google Maps location it worked. Marija personally welcomed us - she and her husband were great hosts! We got along great and had good conversations! It is always available for questions by phone and responds to requests. Villa has two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm) and an illuminated closet. In the third bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to a double bed. In addition, a bathroom and an excellently equipped kitchen - everything your heart desires! Also the living and dining room and a large terrace. On the lower floor is the second bathroom with the washing machine, the fitness area, the sauna and another kitchen with large dining tables in and outside. Great pool and hot tub - a successful holiday!!!

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Looks just like the photos. Ivan is so welcoming he was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even called to check in on us to make sure we got out ok. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We had an amazing 6-night stay at Irena’s place with our dog. Upon arrival we were greeted with an AC-cooled apartment, fresh fruit, treats for our pup and local liquors. The area is a peaceful escape in a quiet town with beautiful mountain views. It’s a bit of a windy trek getting up to the house but it’s well worth it and you get used to the route quickly. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped for a longer stay (extra towels, cooking basics) and the outdoor shower was a lovely addition. The host was extremely responsive and friendly to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

Absolutely perfect villa, even better than described. Josip, Jelica and Dinka were perfect hosts, meeting us there when we arrived and giving us a guided tour. They had filled the fridge with wine, beer and pop and prepared a ham and cheese platter. Nothing was too much trouble, they even offered to cook us a meal. They went out of their way to provide an extra fan and parasol as the weather was extremely hot. Jelica provided lots of information on places to go which was amazing as this was our first, but not last, visit to Croatia. The villa is stunning with four lovely bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool area is perfect, especially the log burning stove which is perfect for barbecues. Thank you to Josip and his family for making us feel so welcome and thank you to Jelika for making our first trip to Croatia so memorable. We are already planning our trip back next year and will definitely be coming back to your lovely villa. We feel we have found our home from home.

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. This house is amazing!! We were 6 adults and 6 kids age 4-15 and all of us had a great time with different activities. While the adults relaxed by the pool or played volleyball, the teenagers were in the basement playing pool or foosball, pre-teen playing ping pong or in the pool, while the youngest were at the playground or attending the live turtles in the garden! Great activities for all ages! The house is beyond what the pictures show, it’s spacious, accessible and well equipped. Ivana is amazing host, helping us finding a private chef to come the house one night along with answering our questions and taking quick care of minor WiFi problem. We would definitely want to stay there if we visit Croatia again!
