Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. Access the Gulf of Mexico and Homosassa Springs. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $50 additional pet fee per stay.

Very cute place. Right on the canals, outstanding outdoor areas screened in porch high top on the back deck. We have the opportunity to meet Sam. He was an amazing host. Definitely will rebook if I’m back in that area. The Freezer restaurant is at the end of the road and within walking distance food was amazing!

Shannon’s place was so cozy!! It was so clean and decorated so well. The location was close to restaurants and being right on the canal was so convenient. We were able to paddle Monkey Island. Shannon was a phenomenal host. She made sure we were taken care of and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful accomodations and the ability to kayak or paddle board over to the sanctuary within minutes was a great surprise. Already thinking about doing it again!

A shaded backyard area features a blue and white hammock set between trees, inviting relaxation. Nearby, two fire pits are accompanied by several black adirondack chairs, providing a cozy gathering space. We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and nice, and as described in the listing. Deborah left some waters, snacks, and smores supplies which was very nice. We have 2 kids and they liked fishing off the dock, and making smores in the fire pit. Its close to crystal river, and lots of other parks. We went kayaking at crystal river for a day and rented a boat on the Homosassa River one afternoon. The views from the porch of the marsh were beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay! The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with lots to keep you entertained. The outdoor area is gorgeous- lots of seating, a fire pit, picnic area, and more. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and saw a manatee while out on the river. The hosts were super responsive from booking through checkout. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. We were in town for a family Christmas, and it was wonderful to have our own accommodations. There was plenty of space, a ton of amenities, and communication was frequent and thorough. We did have a bit of trouble getting in, and our hosts quickly resolved the issue and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend working with Brit and Brandon and staying at their beautiful property.

A spacious living area is highlighted by a large sectional sofa and a coordinating ottoman. Natural wood paneling adorns the ceiling, adding warmth. A dining table for six and a chandelier are visible, alongside a decorative piece against the wall. Light streams in through large windows.

Kelly's place is Five Star! maybe the Best Air B&B that I have ever rented a lot of different places. Her place was the most perfect place with all of the details and amenity's that you don't find in others. Like soap and shampoo in every bathroom and laundry soap to get you started dental pics q-tips just everything was unexpected awesome! The Beds oh man super comfy! Fishing was Great as always! This place is TOP NOTCH! Look no Further. will be back again for sure!
