The host was very kind to us, the place was beautiful and clean, my whole family enjoyed it very much and it was comfortable, it was also clean and they provided us with help and extra items to light the barbecue, I would rent it again without a doubt, it is worth it and it is 3 minutes from the Las Estacas and Santa Isabel spas.

Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a taxi base), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

Jorge was super kind always , answering my message and help me with my request. And Angelica was amazing. She provide to us a very good service, I think is his mom.

The place was comfortable for me to get to my New Year's meeting, I liked Luis' service, super cordial, the place is warm but at this time of year we don't die of heat. Only if there wasn't much to buy food or groceries nearby

All the fractionation and apartment is as you see it in photos, the amenities of the fractionation very nice and in excellent condition. Just commenting that the AC in a bedroom does not work. From there to more everything perfect!

My stay was just great. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, fast and very friendly. The place was impeccable: clean, well decorated and with all the details taken care of. The bed was very comfortable, the WiFi worked perfectly and everything was just as shown in the photos (or even better). The location was ideal for what I needed, with easy access to shops, restaurants and transportation. In addition, check-in was very simple and everything was perfectly organized. Sait's attention was very pleasant and he was always in communication to check if we were missing anything. The fact that the pool was heated was great since you could use it at any time and ask Sait to adjust the temperature. The brochures that are available with recommendations for food delivery are very good, since in the area where it is located there is not much accessibility to shopping malls or restaurants

The house is quite spacious, there were towels and some personal hygiene items, everything to cook and clean the kitchen. The only thing is that there is no full-length mirror. We stayed there because we had an event and we needed the mirror. Very accessible with my pet and the pool is always at a pleasant temperature.

Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

The apartment was perfect for our long stay in Cuernavaca. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Showers had hot water throughout and great water pressure. Building staff were friendly and professional. Michele was super communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
