Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a taxi base), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

Staying there was comfortable, quiet and clean, with a great view,we loved it; Miguel is a great host.

All the fractionation and apartment is as you see it in photos, the amenities of the fractionation very nice and in excellent condition. Just commenting that the AC in a bedroom does not work. From there to more everything perfect!

A great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as shown in the house. It's pet friendly. My puppy was very happy and there's plenty of space to walk around the designated areas.

Sait's attention was very pleasant and he was always in communication to check if we were missing anything. The fact that the pool was heated was great since you could use it at any time and ask Sait to adjust the temperature. The brochures that are available with recommendations for food delivery are very good, since in the area where it is located there is not much accessibility to shopping malls or restaurants

There were 18 of us, family to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We had an unforgettable weekend. The house is on a hill, it has a very nice view. The people who welcome you, for that extra service fee, it's worth it. Very attentive, helpful. They are there to take care of the place and collaborate and facilitate. There are two sections in the bedroom layout. Two inside the house, each one is independent with its own bathroom. Behind the house in the garden, they adapted an extension of the house that overlooks the garden. Bedrooms for visitors. Virtually in pairs, they share a bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Just accommodating, distributing to people. It can be locked every time it is occupied. And apart from the inside of the house, they have an extra room with two bunk beds and a full bathroom, it can be for the service or for two young people. The extra pool service is worth paying for. A dream for those who like hot water. Christmas fam!!♥️

We spent a weekend as a family. The house fulfilled everything that was offered. The pool was an excellent size, and it was very clean and nice. We spent a weekend with several families with small children and Juan's house was super comfortable with enough space for everyone and it is just like the description and photos. Everything is in very good condition, the spaces are very pleasant to be inside or outside the house. The heated pool is wonderful, as well as the different games to keep the kids entertained. The people who help in the house are very friendly and helpful and cook delicious food. We had a spectacular time and Juan was always attentive to make sure everything was fine. It's a great place to stay!

The house is quite spacious, there were towels and some personal hygiene items, everything to cook and clean the kitchen. The only thing is that there is no full-length mirror. We stayed there because we had an event and we needed the mirror. Very accessible with my pet and the pool is always at a pleasant temperature.

Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

The apartment was perfect for our long stay in Cuernavaca. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Showers had hot water throughout and great water pressure. Building staff were friendly and professional. Michele was super communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
