We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities provided were great. The kids enjoyed the pool and gaming table. Adults enjoyed the outdoor areas. It was clean and very spacious.

We had to come to town for a family emergency, and Ivianna allowed us to extend our stay. The house was beautiful and spacious—just the oasis we needed to rest between family events. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were spacious. I loved the unique golf card experiences; we even saw a few gators. Ivianna was the best host, communicative, and replied to any issues quickly. I left a previous review since we extended the stay, but I would recommend it and stay again.

When we arrived we were all impressed with the neighborhood. Getting to the house was easy. Instructions were very clear on how to gwt in the house and the bedrooms. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. The pool was wonderful also. I messaged the owner a couple times and the response was quick and respectful. You can tell he takes care of his house and those who stay in it. We all said if we come back in the area we would love to stay at this location again.

We had a wonderful stay! The pictures don’t capture how wonderful and spacious the property was. My daughter had the best birthday jumping in the pool! And there was a bonus 2 beds so there was space everyone. I grumpily enjoyed this stay and will definitely stay again if we travel back to visit family.

Our stay at Melindas place exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, relaxing, and she provided so many little things that made a big difference. Everything we could have needed was there. She was a wonderful host and provided even the smallest details. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Thanks for everything Melinda.

The house was outstanding, it is even better than it looks in the listing. The pool and outdoor area are great for a large group, outdoor kitchen and grill are great, and the main living area is also great for movies and entertaining. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby that also worked very well for a large group. Kelly and his team were super responsive to every question we had and everything we needed, they made the whole experience even better. Would definitely return.

The place was absolutely beautiful! We had the best time not only at the house but with people who were staying in the neighborhood! Everyone was friendly and fun to be around. I recommend going to Jody’s snow and ice down the road, it was amazing as well! Overall a great experience and great host!

This little green house is small but so cozy and perfect for a weekend get away. It is set on a beautiful piece of property that is private, yet not isolated. We very much enjoyed both the amenities of the house itself as well as fishing in the pond, thanks to the very well equipped fishing supplies on site. The kitchen is perfect for cooking a small meal, the bedroom is cozy and comfortable, and the decor is very cute. We cannot wait to stay here again!

ms. karry was 1 of THE BEST HOST I had on airbnb. from me booking til I left her home. she was on it! I enjoyed her & her home. she made us feel like family. it was a pressure booking with her. This place was nice!! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We love to fish and the dock to the river on the property was perfect. Everything was fresh and clean. The house was very comfortable and homey. It was a beautiful spot. Just 1 hour from New Orleans. We would definitely stay there again😁

We love booking Ms. Susie’s place. Being there so close to our family, feels like a home away from home. The artwork that she has done is displayed throughout the home and it truly adds that extra something special to the cozy vibe. Booking a stay at the Core Homestead will not disappoint!! Our family will most definitely book there for our return visits to see family.

The host was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be staying here again when in the area. The backyard was perfect, and our dog loved it. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed the screened in back porch, and the crawfish table was a huge hit. We also loved the snacks, bacon, and eggs that he provided. He was very responsive any time I messaged him. Truly felt like a home away from home.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming home in Covington! The location was perfect- just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. Our stay was great. It’s a bit off the beaten path. My kids loved looking for gators and other wildlife out back. It’s in the swamp so expect some bugs to be around, but nothing that isn’t manageable! Loved the place and would stay here again and recommend to others! Brandi was a very responsive host as well

Ronald was very communicative and helpful with our stay! The home was pristine clean. Only things that would have made it better would have been simple snacks and coffee. The large mirror in the master bedroom poses a safety risk as it’s not secure to the wall and could be a great disaster if it fell, especially on a small child. Besides these very minor things, the home was everything we needed and more.

Absolutely one of the best places I have stayed! The house was spotless! Clean everything! Yes they live there on occasion but It felt just like home! I couldn’t have asked for a nicer/ cleaner place! Although the home is lived in and may have a few dings here and there from the dogs it is up to date with everything! AMAZING PORCH! With dog gate! IT IS A DOG FRIENDLY PLACE! And I absolutely love that! It was fairly close to everything you needed. But far enough out no one was bothering you. I’m funny where I stay and the cleanliness of a place I lay my head but this DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Yes it is a double wide trailer but it feels just like a home! I would say it is a very safe place!

We had an excellent stay here. The house was great and fit everyone comfortably. Very clean and well kept.

We had such a wonderful time at John and Karen’s place. They are wonderful people and great hosts. We had an amazing time with them as they took us around Madisonville, showing us a few great spots. Their place is so beautiful and relaxing. It’s magical. We came from California so staying here was an adventure, so different from what we are used to. We fell in love with Madisonville. Thank you John and Karen for being so attentive and welcoming. We can’t say enough and you guys and your beautiful property. Can’t wait to be back for a visit or maybe be neighbors. Andrea was the definition of the perfect host! She was always super quick to respond, and was very accommodating by letting us check in early! I would absolutely book with her again! 10/10!
