The chalet, newly built in 2022 from wood with approx. 100 sqm of living space on 2 levels (first floor & attic), founded on the sandstone foundation of a former farmhouse with adjoining barn, 3 parking spaces and an approx. 70 sqm wrap-around terrace, is second to none. An unobstructed view of nature at the upper edge of the village of Gersfeld OT Sandberg on a south slope at about 600 m above sea level invites you to linger. Whether spring, summer, fall or winter, it can accommodate up to 8 discerning guests.

Hexenhaus am Waldrand - Fichtelsee

Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

Romantic living in a special way - this is what this vacation home promises. Our Rhöner country house is located directly in the Rhön am Feldberg biosphere reserve, in the immediate vicinity of the Rotes Moor on charming hiking and mountain bike trails. This feeling of peace and relaxation in nature is reflected in our country house. The large terrace is particularly inviting. Either enjoy the view of the Rhön with a sun lounger in the sun, barbecue together or admire the starry sky at night.

Apartment in the middle of the old town

My apartment of about 35 m² is in the middle of the old town on the first floor in a courtyard, so it is usually very quiet in the evening. Close to art and culture, restaurants and shopping. We are in the pedestrian zone, so there is no parking directly at the house, but the parking garage at Domplatz is only about 300 meters away on foot. Please understand that smoking is prohibited in the apartment. In the backyard there is a small garden where you can enjoy it in the fresh air.

From here you can start your hikes through the Rhön directly. It is also suitable for team building or workshops without distraction in a fantastic landscape.

Hillside Nature

The chalet "Hillside Nature" in Bischofsgrün is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with the whole family. The 2-storey property with direct access to the ski lift consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 15 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and a baby cot. Guests also have use of a 3-person whirlpool in the summer.

Pure nature! Right on the Rennsteig. The cozy wooden house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a secluded location, within walking distance of the center (the nearest supermarket is 150 meters away). The climatic health resort of Masserberg as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Hiking, cycling and cross-country trails are right outside the front door.

Our FICHTENHÄUSCHEN is located in the picturesque Schmiedefeld am Rennsteig, in the middle of the biosphere reserve Thuringian Forest. After only 1.5 km you are directly on the Rennsteig and can explore the hiking and skiing trails to your heart's content. Also on the ski slope, located right next to our apartment, you can easily spend time.

Holiday home in the Grand Rabental

Our cottage close to the Rennsteig is located in a valley with creek. The wooden house with underfloor heating and fireplace has three separate rooms, a large kitchen-living room and a sleeping floor. In every season it's wonderful.
