Modern, spacious studio apartment with separate bathroom. A large king-size bed (2 m x 2 m) with high-quality mattresses is available in the sleeping area separated by a room divider. A comfortable living area offers a sleeping place for a third person when pulled out (1.40 m x 2.00 m). The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, and Senseo machine. Attention: Not suitable for people with walking difficulties! Attic, no elevator!

A bakery, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. Car parking is available right in front of the property free of charge. For bicycles, we have a covered parking space. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, business travelers, students and craftsmen. Linens and towels are included.

For a city or shopping tour, the state capital Erfurt, 45 km away, and Weimar, offers everything your heart desires in about 70 km.

The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to completely cater to yourself. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the foldaway bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the vacation home.

A wonderful apartment in the countryside with a view and close to the campus of the technical university! The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped. It is located very well for hikes in the Thuringian Forest, but the city center is also easily accessible. The owners are very happy to give tips for excursions and hikes. A longer stay is also possible.

Our apartment is in the best location on the outskirts of Ilmenau in the spa district, the city center is a 3-minute walk and you can also walk to the festival hall and the city park in less than 5 minutes. From there you can take various hikes through the Thuringian Forest (e.g. to the Kickelhahn or to Manebach).
