Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Das renovierte Fachwerkhaus liegt im Maintal am Ortsrand von Retzbach, am Fuße der Benediktushöhe. Von hier aus können Sie Rad- und Wandertouren im Retztal oder in den Weinbergen unternehmen. Würzburg ist in 12 Minuten per Bahn erreichbar und bietet zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulinarische Angebote. Im Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. In 300 Metern Entfernung liegt die Wallfahrtskirche „Maria im grünen Tal“ mit dem Marienbrünnlein und einem Gesundheitsgarten.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world."
