Farm Cottage Scruton and Hot Tub

JoanneRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was a perfect holiday home. The place was homely and yet felt special. The hot tub was easy to use and heated up to temperature. The extra touches (the hot tub basket, treats and accessories for the dogs, treats and drinks for us) were a wonderul welcome surprise. Despite being dog friendly, the home smelt beautiful with luxurious smelling scents/diffusers throughout. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon. :)

Dunnwell Lodge, North Yorkshire

Wow what a wonderful stay! We loved everything about it and enjoyed every second of being here. A lot of love and care was put in to making this a beautiful, spotlessly clean, home away from home. It was perfect for our girls weekend away. Plenty of space and a massive sofa for our film night. We even got a friendly visit and happy doggy fuss from ted (who we all wanted to take home). Thank you for having us, the pubs were a great suggestion for food on the way up and we even managed a few afternoon drinks at the Millbank (highly recommend for anyone visiting too) super friendly and the village is beautiful for little walk around. Cannot recommend enough! A must visit!

Relaxing 2 bedroom annex nr Richmond. N Yorkshire

Amanda is a great host, who looks after her guests as well as she does Ruth’s Place and her lovely garden. It looks just like the photos, everything is clean and the cottage is modern with quality and comfortable seating and bedding. During our week long stay we were able to visit a number of nearby National Trust and English Heritage properties, and especially enjoyed exploring Richmond and Corbridge, walking in the local area, and Sunday lunch at The Heifer.

Refurbished country Barn, Northallerton

GaryRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We have just returned from a 3 night stay, at this lovely barn conversion. The barn is about 2 mile away from Northallerton, which is a perfect location to be in. There are also some lovely villages to visit within about 1/2 hour. And there is a pub, which us literally a 2 minute walk from the barn, and does lovely food. The accommodation is cosy, relaxing and has lovely views, this was perfect for us to switch off from work. The king size bed is amazing and very comfortable. Giles was very friendly when we arrived, and said for us to give him a knock if we needed anything, and he had left some milk and biscuits for our arrival. If you want a break and relax this is the place to book, we were really lucky with the weather as well. Also, look out for the squirrel, which was sitting outside the door on Saturday morning.

A friendly place to stay in North Yorkshire

SheilaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a very friendly welcome to this lovely annexe from our hosts. We only stayed a couple of nights to break a long journey and we had a rare wet day so couldn't enjoy sitting in their garden. Sarah and Al were keen to make sure everything was as good as it could be. Their instructions were very clear and there was lots of up-to-date tourist information for anyone staying longer.
