Absolutely great location. Property to the rear of North Parade under the lighthouse. Literally a stones through from Adnams Brewery and 1 minute walk from the beach and promenade. Jane Elizabeth is a wonderful host. Thank you

We were absolutely delighted with Port Side! Everything about it was a delight; clean, spacious and very homely. It was exactly as described and the location couldn’t have been better, just a two minute walk to the plentiful parking in York Road and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Our girls (5 & 7) are already asking when we can go back. Huge thanks to Vicky, a fab host!

Excellent stay at Judith's apartment. I've stayed on a number of occasions and the apartment is always presented in immaculate condition. Central location is very beneficial. Guaranteed I'll be returning.

This place is amazing. The apartment is cosy, the space is big and the bathroom and kitchen is beautiful. Perfect space and quiet. It’s private as well. It’s right opposite the sea. Right next to food places. About a 20 minutes drive to Great Yarmouth and 10 minutes to Africa Alive so was a perfect spot. There was lots of street parking directly outside the place. We absolutely loved our stay and Jane responded to our queries super quick. Would definitely be back and recommend to others.

A gem of an appartement in a great location despite the fact that the glorious past of the building is, well... in the past! The appartement is light and well appointed and has fascinating views of the industrial port and the town below.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

A beautiful apartment central to Felixstowe & all it has to offer,right on the seafront. A very quiet spot despite the road. Great hosts who were responsive with messages. I'd definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Frinton-on-Sea - the house was perfect for our needs; well appointed, bright and comfy. The enclosed garden space was perfect for a dog and a toddler, and never felt overlooked. Thank you to Carly for making us feel welcome.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a short getaway. This was a great base, being so close to the sea with restaurants/pubs in walking distance. It was also a good spot so that we could visit other areas nearby like Southwold. We had everything we needed. Ian was very responsive to any queries and provided lots of helpful information ahead of arrival too.

Great find! Was really impressed with this place and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Had everything you could think of, even toys and games for children, as well as a complimentary basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We enjoyed the juke box the most and listened to lots of songs on there! The house fitted 7 of us comfortably and was very clean! Lee was very proactive and ensured we had a great stay - thank you!

We had the most incredible time with the family of 6 adults and our 2 grandsons celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. It’s without doubt the most quirky and fascinating place we have stayed. We have stayed in Suffolk numerous times over the years and have always been fascinated with House in the Clouds so it was a wonderful surprise to find we could hire it. It felt very welcoming and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The boys had the best time exploring and it all felt very safe. Natasha was very helpful from the beginning and was very quick to respond to any questions. Thorpeness is quieter than its neighbours along that coast but the local pub is great and there is plenty to explore without it being too busy. Would highly recommend and definitely keen to return another time!

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. The location is amazing and the area is so peaceful. The garden is an absolute sun trap. The property was so clean, the beds are really comfortable, lots of little extras that make it a complete home from home. We are already discussing our next visit, this will be a regular rental for our family, we love it.

Easy walking distance into the centre of town & beach. Property really clean and comfortable.

The house is stunning. We were a party of 6 adults and a baby for joint birthday celebrations. The kitchen and lounge layout was superb for cooking, lounging and celebrating and so light with the huge windows making it feel as if the garden and house were one. The bedrooms were all big, the beds and bedding beautiful quality. Showers were great. The layout of the house suited us very well with a good distance between lounge/ kitchen area and bedrooms so as not disturb a sleeping baby in the day or evening. Lots of games left for entertainment in and outside the house. The hot tub and BBQ were a huge hit, easy to light and maintain. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, really very happy to have found Rumi's Field. Thank you to Alice and Andrew who were so helpful when we had some extra questions before staying.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

properties are very nice split level property that reminds me of an old Edwardian type property. It’s been very nicely done out the hot tub is really good and just generally everything just worked. The location is really good and we’d love to come back.

We stayed here for a couple of days whilst visiting family in Frinton. It was peaceful, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Carole's garden was very lovely with a friendly dog running around. Carole herself was friendly, relaxed and helpful. Well situated for Frinton and surrounding area. Definitely recommended.

Had a lovely two night stay Annetta greated us and showed us around was very lovely, The place was beautiful and quite and very clean and had everything you needed and the hot tub was a added luxury, loved waking up and walking outside and seeing the horses. My partner feel in love with Daisey the cat she likes to come and greet u also 😀 We would definitely come and stay again 😀

We had a lovely stay here at Great Yarmouth. The place was very new looking and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. Jane had put tea and coffee and milk in the kitchen for us which was very much appreciated. I’m hoping to return in August. I can highly recommend this place. Right near the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved it. We had a free parking space too.

We had a lovely stay in Southwold. So much to do and see with lovely walking and restaurants and we had everything we needed in the cosy, well equipped stylish little flat. Location on high street was very convenient and quite quiet at the back where the bedroom & balcony is...apart from a few boisterous gulls :)

Great place in prime location on the seafront . Place was bigger than expected and had everything you could need and more for a week’s stay . Really clean and tidy . Plenty of treats left for us and the dogs . Overall really happy with apartment and location . Will definitely stay again .

I booked this Airbnb for my daughter and her girlfriend to stay at for her 28th birthday. My nervous and anxious daughter told me Paul was wonderful, very friendly and made them feel very welcome. He recommended local interests and food/drink venues The accomodation is a short walk from the beach, the bed was extremely comfortable and they loved the use of a courtyard space which seems hard to find in Great Yarmouth. It was extremely easy to communicate with Paul prior to and throughout the booking. We would highly recommend Paul's place and we will definitely return. Thank You Paul 😊
