Adorable, spacious studio in a safe, quiet neighborhood. This historic home is split into two apartments, you will be staying in the apartment that occupies a portion of the second floor(this is where you’ll find you kitchen) and the entirety of the third floor. There are stairs that must be navigated into this unit!!! The bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Strict quiet hours 9p-8a and no loud music, yelling, etc anytime time of the day.
