Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Enormous skies, sun and soft winds make this an area we have loved to return to for over 25 years. We hope that you will come to love it as we have.

Sandpiper Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Thornham on the north Norfolk coast. The cottage is cozy and ideally located with proximity to nature reserves and beach walks. The property has a beautiful garden leading to a field where children, dogs and grown up can play. Sandpiper is ideal for couples with dogs and small families. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
