Rural, yet under a mile away from two of the best food pubs in Mid-Suffolk, you will be staying in the heart of the East Anglian countryside surrounded by fields, woodland and wildlife.

The Cart Lodge at Grove Barn

The Cart Lodge is a self-contained building at Grove Barn, a private property in quiet Suffolk countryside entered by a gravelled drive. Water meadows are opposite the entrance. The red brick, oak framed structure with lapped wood cladding was built in 1873. The refitted, fully equipped, apartment is accessed via an external stair. There is a large reserved garden area with garden table and BBQ. There’s daily wildlife interest; deer, rabbits, ducks, abundant bird life.

Potter's Farm: The Piggery.

The Piggery is perfect for an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

The Old Stables, Thornham Magna

The Old Stables is located in the small village of Thornham Magna just over half a mile from the Norwich Road (A140). The village comprises a Church, Village hall and a local pub. The pub, called The Four Horseshoes, is less than a 5 minute walk from the property, serves food all day and lays on a great Sunday roast. The local area is popular with walkers and cyclists and those who just want a bit of peace and quiet. The property itself is all on one level.
