Welcome to this cozy, peaceful and central place! 5 minutes from the main street of the city center and a few minutes from the lake, in a quiet area and a very well maintained building, you will be at home in this beautiful studio. Old fireplace (out of order), triple exposures with lake view... It consists of an independent bedroom area under the roofs on the upper level, a living area, equipped kitchen, living room (TV & internet) on the middle level (entrance) and a bathroom and toilet (washing machine, dressing room) on the lower level.

It is opposite the Tourist Office and the funicular which allows you to reach the port of Thonon. New: Place 86 of the underground the belvedere is reserved for you (be careful to follow the entry instructions). Arvi pas (goodbye in Savoyard patois)

The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and is very clean and conveniently located. The area is very quiet with a beautiful natural garden and lots of greenery in the area with old trees, which you can fully enjoy on the terrace. Emmanuelle and Stephan are very helpful with problems and questions. I can recommend the apartment.

This is a great place to stay, you feel at home straight away, kitchen has all you need for cooking at home, pristine appartement. Carrefour at walking distance and only 20 minutes walking to the port area. Morgane is very responsive and was giving clear instructions. Highly recommend this very cosy place.

We had a great time at Fabrice’s and his families tiny house. It might be tiny (like the size of a shipping container) but there’s everything in it you need and it’s clean. The highlight is the lovely terrace with a view right towards lac leman. Fabrice is very nice & helpful and living with his family directly next to the tiny house. Anyway we felt that our privacy was deeply respected. The neighborhood is quiet (we slept like babies) and the Harbour/ port with restaurants is only ten minutes by foot away. Total recommendation!
