This flat was absolutely perfect for our needs. Spacious and comfortable, it was also very clean, quiet and convenient with several bus stops and shops a few steps away. A very well designed apartment. Very functional. Close to Menthon Saint Bernard beach... short walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Incredible view for this peaceful, clean and very well decorated accommodation, a 20-minute walk to the city center (very pleasant walk). The Spa is a real plus, superb services. Excellent stay, to be repeated :-))

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

The accommodation is as described and conveniently located from several hikes. The balcony and pool are a plus. Romain gave us all the necessary information for the smooth running of our stay. We recommend!
