Apartment of about 42 m², in excellent condition, located on the 3rd and top floor without elevator access. Very bright. A living room/kitchen. One bedroom with double bed 140 X 190. A bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Equipped with a washing machine, TV, cooking utensils, bed linens. Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed. Five-day (or more) rental only.

Located in the heart of the Aravis, near the ski resorts La Clusaz, Grand-Bornand at 10 min and Lake Annecy at 15 min. You can therefore enjoy summer activities (hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, via ferrata, climbing but also swimming in the lake, water activities, etc.).

We offer you a very pleasant room with a kitchenette in our chalet 3 km from Thônes (small town with all amenities), 7 km from the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand, 20 minutes from Annecy and its lake surrounded by mountains. Wonderful! Possibility of hikes from the chalet, on foot or by snowshoe that we can lend you. Small lists of summer or winter hikes at your disposal as well as information on the many local activities.

Nice modern studio of 12m2 well located 15 min drive from the lake and Annecy and 15 min from the stations of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. Ideal for a couple or a single person. SKI SHOES AND SKIS NOT ALLOWED IN THE LISTING AND IN THE BUILDING. Please leave them in your vehicles.

My husband and I are very happy with our experience at Delphine and Laurent's. Our hosts were friendly and always took the time to talk to us. The studio was as described, very clean and furnished with everything you need for a stay. The terrace adds more value for resting or eating meals. Clean and very well-equipped accommodation, close to Annecy, many activities and the center of Thones. Huguette and Christian are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very happy stay!

we had a pleasant weekend. the accommodation is ideally located for visiting Annecy or hiking in the mountains. There is everything you need for 2 people. The forest-side terrace allows you to rest in peace after a day of sightseeing. I recommend it. Thanks to Corinne and Nicolas for hosting us

The apartment is really large, bright, very clean, pleasant and comfortable :) Access to the center of Thônes is very easy on foot. Emilie is very kind and attentive. The soundproofing of the entire building may be the only weak point of the apartment, but the environment remains very quiet in the evening.
