Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Thompson's Station

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Al was very responsive as I had some delays with my travel plans. The place was very Nice a peaceful.

The perfect setting for rest and relaxation. Breathtaking property, peaceful views, cozy accommodations with comfortable bed and all the amenities— kitchen, wi-fi, etc. Attentive and friendly host and staff. We were able to tour the recording studio too. Wonderful stay!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Very nice clean place to stay on your Nashville trip!

The Suite Spot an absolute gem, just minutes from everything in Franklin, but still secluded in a quaint neighborhood. The accommodations were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Everything was in place to make a traveler feel very welcome and at home. I would 100% recommend you visit when you’re in town.

For four adults and a 115 lb. West German Shepherd Dog, it was a great place. Secure backyard fencing, screened in porch, all refinished rooms and fixtures, great location, plenty of room, all met our expectations and then some. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. A very nice kitchen, although we didn't do any cooling. Great A/C. All cozy and comfortable. And the place is really quiet. Katelynn and Dylan were very responsive and professional. We hope we met their expectations.

We were in Franklin for our fighters wedding. This was the perfect location! The house was both beautiful and in a peaceful setting!

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

This house was perfect for what we needed. Each of us had our own space to rest as we spent long hours at the Ball park. It was very convenient to where we needed to go. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Andrea was very welcoming. Check in was very fast and easy. Check out was even better as it was simple and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and we hope to be able to book this again.

Our stay was all we hoped it would be! This lovely home is spacious, very clean and comfortable! Casper is an excellent host and was very easy to communicate with!

This spot is a nice small home as described in the town of Nolensville. My brother and I were on a writing trip and had never been to this part of Tennessee, but it turned out to be very cozy. You are probably 30 minutes outside of town (with traffic, which is not bad) in a cute little town. There is a coffee/donut shop within walking distance which was very nice to have in the mornings. The whole house was pretty clean, we never got the feeling we had to "tip-toe" around or anything. There was some dust in spots but we had also moved furniture around to make room for the writing setup. The dust however was severely outweighed by the fact that the neighbors offered to have us over for a crawfish boil which we were very sad to not be able to attend as we were there for a wedding, however it was nice to know the neighbors were so welcoming even though we had never met before. Another thing worth adding, we never had any concern about break-ins or safety. It is a very secure spot

Nick’s place the absolute perfect place for our girl’s weekend stay. Not only was the location great and the place clean, it was so tastefully and comfortably decorated. We appreciated all the attention to detail! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and we even left a new puzzle to add to the collection. We’ll definitely be back!!

Zach was very accommodating considering the fact we were so last minute in reserving. I felt like I was spending the night at “Melrose Place”. Was a fun experience and the pool was a great amenity. Highly recommend this stay.

The loft was so quiet and cozy. Great location, close to downtown and within 15 mins from Ridley Sports Park. we loved our stay.

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

This place was super convenient to things in town and also the pool was a nice relaxing place to pass the time. Kitchen is small but fully equipped with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Definitely recommend!

When we come to Nashville for concerts we always book with Katie for a night because it always feels like a nice lil get away. Katie's place is always clean, cozy and enjoyable to stay at! She is incredible responsive and always very kind! The condo we stayed at this time had a great balcony overlooking the river with chairs and a table we had complimentary coffee at in the morning before checkout and it was nice to watch the boats and relax. There's also all the amenities you need for a good stay. Katie's our favorite host to stay with and we will definitely be back when there's another show in town!
