The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

Pistenblick Lodge sleeps 8-10 people and has a cozy fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms equipped with TV. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath tub. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
