Notre villa jouit d'un emplacement de 1er ordre sur un domaine très bien entretenu, avec sur-presseur d'eau et groupe électrogène prenant le relais en cas de coupure. En excellent état et très bien équipée, elle possède une seconde cuisine implantée dans le garage attenant, permettant à notre Fattou de cuisiner sans odeurs dans la maison ni dérangements. Proche de plage (environ 300 mètres) et du centre commercial SALY CENTER (supermarché, boulangerie, bar, restaurant, librairie, clinique, ...).
