Very nice apartment, with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, living room, on the first floor of a family villa, with independent access. Equipped kitchen: microwave, stove and oven, Nespresso, fridge-freezer, washing machine. Hot water available. The rate includes cleaning (frequency at your convenience). located right in front of the basketball court of Mermoz. We are between the city center of Dakar and the lively Almadies district. Sea Plaza and Auchan Shopping Centre are within walking distance.

SALY, orange grove estate, beautiful residence

Our villa enjoys a 1st order location on a very well maintained estate, with water supercharger and generator taking over in case of outage. In excellent condition and very well equipped, it has a second kitchen located in the adjoining garage, allowing our Fattou to cook without smells in the house or disturbances. Close to the beach (about 300 meters) and the shopping center SALY CENTER (supermarket, bakery, bar, restaurant, bookstore, clinic, ...).

It is located in Mbour, about 15-20 minutes from the beach on foot, 10mn drive to the discos of the seaside resort of Saly and supermarkets such as Auchan and Casino.
