19th century farmhouse 2.6 km from the center of Charlieu, a small medieval town bearing the label "one of the most beautiful detours in France", you will have a view of the Beaujolais mountains. Natural air conditioning thanks to the rammed earth walls. In this bocage landscape, you will enjoy a cultural stay, museums, abbey...), gastronomic, sports and relaxation. Cottage with studio and great views

House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

Enjoy various nearby walking paths and exceptional tourist sites (Puy-de-Dôme and its chain of Auvergne volcanoes, Vichy, queen of the spa towns, small villages of character such as Châteldon or Charroux...)

House or bed and breakfast

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

The mill and its dwelling house are located on a 3000 m² enclosed plot on the edge of a secure headrace. The mill is stopped, replaced by hydroelectric and solar production activity. A true haven of peace in the middle of nature without any neighbors, 10 minutes from Roanne, the large enclosed property allows you to fully enjoy the nature and calm that reigns in this place. This home is ideal for families or groups of friends, or simply to recharge your batteries.
