Très joli logement, encore plus joli qu'en photo. Instructions claires pour une arrivée autonome appréciée. Hôte réactif. La chambre est très lumineuse, la literie excellente. Noir complet possible dans toutes les pièces. La salle de bain est agréable. Un sèche cheveux est à disposition. Je n'ai pas eu à me servir de la cuisine mais elle semblait suffisamment équipée. Wifi fonctionnel. Centre-ville et restaurants (je recommande Chez Antho) accessibles à pied. Gare au bout de la rue. J'ai pu me stationner en voiture facilement La seule chose à dire peut-être, c'est de prévoir ses boules quies si on aime le silence pour dormir, car c'est un peu bruyant tôt le matin (école à proximité qui explique probablement plus de passage)

Je recommande vivement cet endroit, nous avons passé un super moment. Le lieu correspond entièrement à la description et aux photos. Isabelle est très agréable et sympathique, merci encore pour la recommandation du restaurant.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est confortable, propre et très bien équipé — je m’y suis tout de suite senti comme chez moi. Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Wij hebben drie nachten in dit appartement verbleven en zijn erg tevreden. Het was makkelijk te vinden en we konden gratis parkeren op straat, wat ideaal is als je met de auto komt, zoals wij. Het appartement was ruim en schoon, precies zoals op de foto's. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel; ze reageerde snel op onze vragen. Toen we bijvoorbeeld niet wisten hoe de magnetron werkte, kregen we direct een duidelijke uitleg. Er is een mogelijkheid om met het openbaar vervoer naar de stad te reizen, maar dat hebben wij niet gedaan. Voor ons was dit iets te omslachtig vanwege overstappen. We kozen ervoor om met Uber te reizen, wat erg goed werkte, er was altijd snel een Uber beschikbaar. Al met al een prettig verblijf, vooral als je houdt van rust en niet midden in de drukte van de stad wilt zitten. Je krijgt een groot, schoon appartement in een rustige omgeving.

Perfect place to stay in inner-city Paris. Walkable to at least two metro stations (with frequent services) and within a great walk to the Eiffel Tower. So many tempting boulangeries in the neighbourhood as well as restaurants, cafes, takeaways, and supermarkets. Paul's place is like a home away from home. The studio is well-appointed, spotless, quite spacious, and contains all that you'll need. Despite being ground-level and close to the street, it is quiet and the bed is very comfortable so you can sleep well to be ready for another day of exploring this wonderful city.

Séjour incroyable dans ce logement paisible, reposant et magnifique. La décoration est soigneusement pensée et les équipements sont de très haute qualité dans toutes les pièces de l’appartement. Coup de cœur pour la balnéo dans la chambre avec la télé en face mais aussi pour le grand écran cinéma dans la chambre ! Wouahou ! Mathilde et Jordan ont été des hôtes très réactifs mais aussi très sympas et disponibles de la réservation jusqu’au départ. Le village d’Ault est très joli avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil juste au bout de la rue. Nous reviendrons ! Un grand merci !

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

This place is unbelievable. If you want Paris views, this is the place to be. You can see the Eiffel, Arc and Montmartre from the flat! How can you beat waking up, opening your eyes and seeing the Eiffel tower! You’re equidistant, in terms of walking between the Tower and the Arc, so that was super convenient. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and really went out of their way to help. Really great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Emile’s apartment! Emile met us at the suite and helped us get in, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling with two kids and lots of luggage. The apartment was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a central area that made getting around easy. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor space, complete with comfortable furniture that made it a lovely spot to relax. The apartment itself was quiet and peaceful, and the individual AC units in each area kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Emile and his wife were incredibly responsive and sent us detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment, which made check-in a breeze. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Céline et son époux ont été des hôtes charmants, très réactifs et aidants pour chacune de nos demande. Un superbe cocon pour profiter de deux nuits de bien-etre en couplé. Les installations sont optimales et fonctionnent parfaitement. Environnement tres agreable avec vue sur les vignes. Randonnees sympa passant au pied ou presque du logement. Option petit dejeuner frais appreciée. Les photos ne reflètent pas assez tout le confort des lieux. Parfaitement propre. Recommandé!

Notre séjour chez François était très bien. Le logement est grand, spacieux et lumineux, cuisine équipée et salle de bain avec tout ce qu'il faut. Grand lit de bonne qualité, dommage que nous avions pas vu qu'il y avait des volets électriques. La terrasse est grande, un côté jacuzzi avec lumière d'ambiance pour le soir et l'autre coin manque peut être une petite table et chaise pour s'installer et admirer la vue sur la ville, le beffroi et la cathédrale. Toutes les commodités à pied, à 5 minutes de la rue piétonne avec toutes les boutiques, bars et restaurants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Sandra et Gregory. Parfait pour une petite escapade en couple la piscine chauffée est trés agréable et le sauna super. Le Jaccuzzi était top. Rien à redire 😊

A great place to stay! We have been to Epernay a few times but this was our first time in Magali's apartment. It was only a few minutes walk from the avenue and the city centre, quiet and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We will definitely come back next time :)
