Very nice accommodation, even nicer than in the photos. Clear instructions for self check-in appreciated. Responsive host. The bedroom is very bright, the bedding excellent. Complete blackout possible in all rooms. The bathroom is nice. A hair dryer is available. I didn't have to use the kitchen but it seemed sufficiently equipped. Functional Wi-Fi. Downtown and restaurants (I recommend Chez Antho) within walking distance. Train station at the end of the street. I was able to park my car easily The only thing to say perhaps is to plan your sleeping pills if you like silence to sleep, because it is a little noisy early in the morning (school nearby which probably explains more traffic)

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

We stayed three nights in this apartment and are very satisfied. It was easy to find and we could park for free on the street, which is ideal if you come by car, as we did. The apartment was spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the host went smoothly; she responded quickly to our questions. For example, when we didn't know how the microwave worked, we immediately got a clear explanation. There is a possibility to travel to the city by public transportation, but we did not do that. For us, this was a bit too cumbersome because of the transfer. We chose to travel with Uber, which worked very well, there was always a quick Uber available. All in all a pleasant stay, especially if you love peace and don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. You get a large, clean apartment in a quiet area.

Perfect place to stay in inner-city Paris. Walkable to at least two metro stations (with frequent services) and within a great walk to the Eiffel Tower. So many tempting boulangeries in the neighbourhood as well as restaurants, cafes, takeaways, and supermarkets. Paul's place is like a home away from home. The studio is well-appointed, spotless, quite spacious, and contains all that you'll need. Despite being ground-level and close to the street, it is quiet and the bed is very comfortable so you can sleep well to be ready for another day of exploring this wonderful city.

Amazing stay in this peaceful, relaxing and beautiful accommodation. The decoration is carefully thought out and the amenities are of very high quality in all the rooms of the apartment. Favorite for the spa in the room with the TV in front but also for the big cinema screen in the room! Wow! Mathilde and Jordan were very responsive hosts but also very friendly and available from booking to check-out. The village of Ault is very pretty with beautiful sunsets just at the end of the street. We will be back! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

The accommodation was squeaky clean and smelled wonderful. It was also very spacious, cute and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our night here!

This place is unbelievable. If you want Paris views, this is the place to be. You can see the Eiffel, Arc and Montmartre from the flat! How can you beat waking up, opening your eyes and seeing the Eiffel tower! You’re equidistant, in terms of walking between the Tower and the Arc, so that was super convenient. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and really went out of their way to help. Really great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Emile’s apartment! Emile met us at the suite and helped us get in, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling with two kids and lots of luggage. The apartment was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a central area that made getting around easy. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor space, complete with comfortable furniture that made it a lovely spot to relax. The apartment itself was quiet and peaceful, and the individual AC units in each area kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Emile and his wife were incredibly responsive and sent us detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment, which made check-in a breeze. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Céline and her husband were lovely hosts, very responsive and helpful for each of our requests. A superb cocoon to enjoy two nights of wellness as a couple. The facilities are optimal and work perfectly. Very pleasant environment overlooking the vineyards. Nice hikes passing at the foot or almost at the foot of the accommodation. Fresh breakfast option appreciated. The photos don't reflect all the comfort of the place. Perfectly clean. Recommended!

Our stay at François's was great. The accommodation is large, spacious and bright, equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities you need. Large bed of good quality, pity that we had not seen that there were electric shutters. The terrace is large, one side has a jacuzzi with ambient light for the evening and the other corner may be missing a small table and chair to sit and admire the view of the city, the belfry and the cathedral. All amenities within walking distance, 5 minutes from the pedestrian street with all shops, bars and restaurants. We'll be happy to go back!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

We were hosted very well at Sandra and Gregory's. Perfect for a nice couple's getaway, the heated pool is very nice and the sauna is great. The Jacuzzi was great. Nothing to say 😊

A great place to stay! We have been to Epernay a few times but this was our first time in Magali's apartment. It was only a few minutes walk from the avenue and the city centre, quiet and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We will definitely come back next time :)
