Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

20 years ago we renovated this house, which is one of the oldest in the city, with a lot of our own work. Our 4 children have breathed a lot of life into it all. Now they have left the nest and left some space. That's why we have furnished this beautiful apartment for you, even with a toddler. It is located in the center, but still extremely quiet in the alleys of the old town. Annaberg is an ideal starting point to experience the Erzgebirge in all its diversity.

The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. Hey dear guests, The apartment is located about 900 m walk from the town center and Schlettau Castle. By car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. 10 km away is the famous mountain town of Annaberg-Buchholz with its many sights. A bike and hiking trail is right outside the front door.
