Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Théoule-sur-Mer

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Gite to recommend . Everything was really perfect . The accommodation is very equipped, very well thought out. The environment is super quiet and not overlooked , I recommend it 200% . Magali is very welcoming and very responsive . We'll be there again .

Beautiful location, beautiful house to share some time with friends

We had a couple of nights at this very sweet property. Cabris is a very quaint and pretty village with amazing views. We went to Grasse and did a perfume workshop which was really good fun and came away with our unique perfume. Can’t fault the property would recommend.

We a wonderful stay here! Julie was warm and helpful and provided great local tips. The property is beautiful and the outdoor terrace and pool were perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!

We really love the view! The accommodation is impeccable, very well-equipped, with breathtaking views. We loved enjoying the private jacuzzi and the beautiful terrace, a real little slice of heaven. The only small point to know: you have to take the car to go to the pool or playgrounds, because the return is by a beautiful climb. The host is friendly and very responsive, and the welcome by the concierge went very well, both on arrival and departure. We would recommend this place without a second thought, and would happily come back!

had a great stay at Giovanni's! perfect as described and as in the pictures, literally EVERYTHING is present in the house. Even for our 1.5 year old daughter (high chair, bed, dishes,..) The heated pool and jacuzzi were really a hit for us and the kids of 1.5 and 5 ! Super friendly host, pleasant reception and very nice attention on arrival and even on departure ! We have never experienced this before wow. I recommend this stay to everyone and we will definitely come back:) once again a big thank you Giovanni for your hospitality

The place was exactly as described – very clean, quiet and private. The location is great, ideal for relaxing and yet central. Communication with the host was excellent. The pool was a dream and very clean. Absolute recommendation!

We had a lovely week hiking in the Estérel massif which is really beautiful. We were really satisfied with the very functional accommodation with terrace, sunbathing and jacuzzi. Of course, we won't forget Roger's kindness and goodwill.

Excellent location about 10 minutes drive from Aups. It is a cottage situated right next to the main house of the host family, surrounded by acres of farms and animals. Everyone, humans and animals, were very friendly. Excellent choice if you are looking for some peace and tranquility. At night, you can literally see millions of stars too!

A peaceful haven where the quality of the services, the originality of the decor and the smile and kindness of the staff are a real pleasure. We had chosen a lodge and we loved it, we opted for the private spa of the hotel and we never remember having enjoyed such a spacious spa, we dined on site and we enjoyed ourselves, we had breakfast on the terrace in the sun and everything was worthy of the most beautiful palaces, and we could enjoy the pool under beautiful sun and great blue sky, everything was perfect! Bravo and thank you to Jonathan that we met several times and who seemed to be attentive to everyone and inquire about the well-being of all, and a little nod to Maguy who put all his professionalism and smile at the service of the dinner to satisfy everyone when the room was full. Camping ideally located for visiting the region, close to the very friendly village of Bauduen. Very friendly and very responsive campsite staff. Great location surrounded by nature.

The owner of the place is very charming and very attentive... the place and the bungalow are very accessible and we had a very good time... the only downside, but in no way the fault of the hostess of the bungalow, is that the campsite services are paid on the campsite... we will come back for sure
