Apartment vacation rentals in Théoule-sur-Mer

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

Stephanie’s place was the perfect getaway for our small family. She went above and beyond - stocking the apartment with not just the essentials, but thoughtful extras like beach toys, sunbeds, and games for kids. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and ideal for two adults and a child. We loved waking up to stunning sunrises and being just steps from the beach. The underground parking was a huge bonus. Stephanie’s care and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We recommend renting a car to explore the area - don’t miss the amazing pastries at Benjamin Marquis or nearby supermarkets like Auchan and Monoprix. Carole was very responsive: I was able to drop off my suitcases before the scheduled time. Very well located apartment close to the restaurants of the center of Mandelieu without suffering from the noise of the neighborhood. Very clean and air-conditioned apartment. You have to go down a small staircase after the entrance to get to the main room.

Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

This place had a million dollar view of the ocean that cannot be understated. The location was an easy few minute drive to the center of Cannes and all the points beyond. Parking at the building was super convenient. The unit was stocked with all the essentials. The host was easy to communicate with for the check in/out process. We were traveling in by car from Italy, and she kept in touch on our progress so that our arrival was perfect. Again, it was spacious inside and out with an incredible ocean front view. A real lucky fine. We hope to return and recommend 100%!

We liked the apartment very much, the terrace with the beautiful view, it was very clean, quiet, good starting point for shopping (bakeries, butchers, Spar, etc.) and great location to explore the Côte by train (5 minutes' walk). Robert was a very friendly landlord, highly recommended address!

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights. The pictures do not do it justice, the BnB is absolutely amazing, the cleanliness was that of a hotel but had a private, homely feel to it. We had everything we needed and felt very safe and secure. It’s walking distance to the local super market and pharmacy. There is a direct bus to Cannes that is only 40 minutes and loads to do within a short distance. I would recommend this BnB to anyone and would stay here again. The host, James is very hospitable, extremely responsive and flexible to suit your needs. Very lovely all round!

What an amazing beach front apartment. Perfect for the beach with great little cafes along the shore line. Just a short bus journey into central Cannes. Beautiful location and perfect accommodation for a couple. Pascale is a very accommodating host

We spent 10 wonderful vacation days in Theoule and felt very comfortable in the apartment. We loved living in the middle of the village and being on the beach in two minutes. We recommend the property and would be happy to come back.

Jasmine was a nice, friendly host. Her apartment is in a very quiet, peaceful location close to beaches, train station and several restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with a lovely terrace, table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool, as well as car parking space. We had a hire car and enjoyed trips to Théoule Sur Mer, Cannes, Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer which are all within easy driving distance. We would thoroughly recommend Jasmine’s apartment for a couple. John Hamilton

An ideal location for our Rosé road trip! Lorgues centre is a 5 min walk, and has some lovely wine bars and restaurants, and a Tuesday market that’s well worth a visit. So many things to see and do in the wider area, but for us it was all about the Rosé. Maison Mirabeau in the lovely Cotignac a 30 min drive west, Chateau D’Esclans and Chateau Des Demoiselles and its excellent food truck a 30 min drive east. Susy is a super responsive host, and the pool is a real bonus!

Well-placed accommodation to discover Saint Tropez and its surroundings! The view from the balcony is simply magnificent 😍 Aurelie was very friendly and gave good advice, we will probably come back 😊

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the instructions for the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are a lot of delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
