Beautiful apartment. Amenities in the building make it well worth it.

James was a incredible host! Very kind and gentle, gave me an incredible experience at his place. The place is in the best neighborhood of NYC. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, cityscapes and more. Few blocks from Highline Park. The apartment is very silent and perfect for a good night of sleeping. Really recomend.

The unit has a great view and had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was huge having a washer and dryer in-unit to use. There are some city sounds but it didn’t bother us at all, but could be noisy if you’re not used to living in big cities. You’re able to get food and groceries delivered to the front door and packages are held at the front desk if you need to order anything during your stay. Front desk staffed 24/7 and the building felt very safe. The building itself requires you to fill out an application that asks for personal information (income, ID numbers, addresses, etc) and agree to a background check, Dominik was great at guiding us through this process and was helpful and understanding. It sounds like this might be a NYC building requirement for city. Would recommend this unit to people who are looking to stay in NYC.
