Both Denis and Mercie were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Kindly drove us to the hospital to checkout a health issue. We thank them very much.

Exactly what we needed inside & outside the unit & close to town. Julie was very helpful in piloting us in on the phone when we asked for help. Then sorting is out on the A/C handset to warm the unit. Her backgrounding of the heritage buildings and nature in the area was very interesting. We would be very happy to visit again.
