Vacation rentals with a patio in The Woodlands

Loved staying here and would be happy to be back. It’s very spacious, new, and feels like home, if a little sparse. But one trip to HEB made it feel fully stocked and ready for a week-long stay (or much more…). Sreenivas and team are a very responsive and helpful team—I was in good hands the whole stay. Getting in and out was undramatic, the neighborhood is full of hidden gems, and the weather is… well… Houston-y. You can’t have it all.

Our stay was very comfortable, peaceful and very quiet. We were looking forward to a quiet getaway and this was the perfect place for that. We were concerned after we made the reservation and found out about the stairs. However there was some very helpful young men in the house upfront. I believe they were Rhonda's children or family members. We appreciated their assistance with our luggage. Orelia

We had a wonderful time at Amanda‘s apartment in downtown Houston! It is so conveniently located to excellent restaurants and bars. The view of the pool is a nice touch also. We really appreciated her prompt responses to any questions that we had! I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was beautiful & very spacious. Clean & neat. The city view at night is beautiful. Close to all the restaurants we wanted to go to. Great location.

A great stay! Accomidated us for an early check in. The home was spotless, and had all things as stated, there was body wash/shampoo & conditioner which was nice. Face wash towels, and makeup remover towels. The attention to detail was amazing. The bed was comfy, and overall such a cozy space. We were at ease and felt right at home!

This was a great stay. The house was beautiful, pool was relaxing, and an amazing host. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Tons of space. We loved it!

Damian's place was a great location and HQ for the long weekend. All house amenities worked great and beds were comfy!

This place is more amazing than the photos. The kitchen dining and living space are well lit and open. Definitely a place for a family to gather. The natural light is more than we imagined. Addis is a great hosts, very responsive through texts. She gave additional explanation to any questions or concerns that arose. We were given sufficient towels and linens for our party of 6. We had access to the garage so our car remained covered, an added bonus for us. This kitchen is one deserving of a family meal and that’s just what we did. 2 cooks in the kitchen with space to spare.

Definitely a five star stay all around. Entire house, backyard, pool, spa, and everything in-between was spotless. Home decor is beautiful and everything worked perfectly fine. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Krystal is attentive and an amazing host. My family really enjoyed our weekend getaway!

Great hosts, very helpful and responsive. Showed interest in our adventures when we talked. It is a duplex but they give you plenty of space and privacy on your side so it feels as if they’re not there at all. Loved the place was very cozy!! Overall, was an amazing stay!!

Claudia was a wonderful host. Booking as well as checking-in and out with her was so easy. Her replies were prompt and pleasant with a warm, personal touch. The beautiful house was spotless, like the listing’s photos. The large bedrooms were tasteful and very comfortable. The house’s AC and heating were easy to control. All the bathrooms were clean & bright with plenty of towels. The kitchen was well lit, well stocked and well equipped. I cook large breakfasts and the range was perfect for that. The countertop work areas were immense. The dining and living areas were large and inviting. The backyard has luxurious turf and the shady pergola was the perfect place to relax on a warm, early Spring afternoon. The foosball table upstairs is a fun diversion. When my friends look for a get-away near Houston, I’ll send them to this house.

The house was nice and neighborhood is very quiet but also close to everything we needed. The backyard is an oasis! Pool and hot tub was just what we needed. We felt so at home but it also felt like vacation! Roberto was an excellent communicator for the little minor issues we had. Would give him 10 stars if I could! The only issue we had (which was probably something I missed) was that there are no bedrooms downstairs so we had to make an adjustment for a family member that could not get up the stairs.

Francesca's place was great and the location was spectacular. Great views of the lake and even easier access to the lake for lots of fun in the water. My family and I had a great time.

Truly wonderful experience! Such an incredible view, the sound of the water from the balcony, the peacefulness, all with the proximity to a clean swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, entrance to the lake, major stores like HEB, Kroger, Walmart, Target, and other eateries, etc, make it the perfect stay-cation location. We came here to celebrate high school graduation with a small close group of friends and it did not disappoint. Hosts provided board games, Netflix and Disney to Stream included, spices and condiments in fridge, tea and coffee, shampoo and soap, everything we needed but forgot to pack! Water pressure is excellent, AC in condo is also very efficient at keeping place cool in Texas summer! Parking is right in front of the door to the condo. Hosts provided maps to everything we needed, including the parking lot. Hosts also very quick to respond to any question we had and proactive in keeping us posted when storm briefly knocked power out in the area. LOVED!

Had a great stay here. Very clean. Easy to check in. Good communication. The house was so cute and very comfortable.

I've stayed at 5 different units in this condo complex and will continue to use in the future. Very peaceful place next to a golf course. The permanent residents are very nice and I visit with them. I use for business travel and often work from the condo so that's an indicator the internet bandwidth is good. This condo is very clean!!! Coded lock so no fumbling with keys. I go through a lot of ice so it's nice to have an icemaker. I was also allowed very early checkin which was much appreciated.

Don’t let the dated exterior of the building fool you-this place is a gem and reasonably priced. We had a nice, relaxing stay while visiting family. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our extended weekend here at Terrys place! We could wake up and walk out the back door to fish right off the bulkhead - sip coffee on the cute patio and wind down the day doing it all over again. So relaxing and therapeutic- we all need to do this every so often and we certainly look forward to coming back! Thank you for such a nice, relaxing stay!

Realmente fue una sorpresa lo completo y bien organizado que estaba el departamento. Aún que estábamos de paso mi familia y yo pudimos disfrutar de una comidas completamente caseras. Sin duda llevamos un bello recuerdo de este lugar .
