Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

St Catherine's View at Chale Bay Farm is a quiet and comfortable two-bedroom/two-bathroom self-catering apartment. The air-conditioned living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with dining and lounge space, smart TV, Blu-Ray and WiFi. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with rollaway-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other main apartments.

The location is in the heart of Southsea and all it has to offer including being on the doorstep of Victorious Festival every August and The Great South Run every October. The living room is a lovely social area with TV/stereo plus Xbox / PlayStation plus board games and books. The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!

The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.
