We welcome you to come & stay in our quirky family home. Enjoy easy access to Ventnor main town with boutique shops, a gorgeous sea-front, and many places to eat & drink. Your cosy room is at the top of the house, giving you lovely views of St Boniface downs. We have a lovely small blind puppy named Louie, he is ultra friendly. We are a smoking household but only in our lounge and outside areas, I feel this makes our home unsuitable for young children.

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The Brambles is a beautiful, quiet home within walking distance of the beach, HMS Sultan and a five minute drive to the Gosport ferry. The large bedroom, with ensuite facilities, overlooks the pool. Tea and coffee is provided in the room and a continental breakfast is included. Please note smoking is not permitted in the house.
