After training in Michelin-starred kitchens like La Pergola (Rome) and Ristorante Cracco (Milan), he cooked internationally—including for Qatar’s Royal Family—and refined his craft under Seiji Yamamoto in Tokyo. Over a decade ago he moved to Australia, rising through top roles as sous chef at Ormeggio at the Spit, head chef at Pilu at Freshwater, and executive chef at Jonah’s at Whale Beach. Today he’s founder and executive chef of Civico 47 in Paddington, Sydney, a benchmark for Italian dining. A media personality and brand collaborator, he also runs cooking classes, caters private and corporate events, and champions charities like the Miracle Babies Foundation.
