This apartment is in a really great spot right in my favorite neighborhood of Dubai. If you’re looking for a place where you feel like you’re truly at home, this is the one. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The apartment was spotless and beautifully arranged. You can feel that Kristine put a lot of heart and effort into it. Total woo vibes! Kristine herself was wonderful super responsive, warm, and everything you would hope for in a host. Thank you for hosting me! I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely choose this place again the next time I travel to Dubai. Wishing you all the best and more happy guests ahead.

Sem dúvidas, a melhor vista de Dubai! Já estive em Dubai oito vezes e sempre fico em apartamentos muito bonitos, com vistas incríveis. Mas esse superou todos. Estou completamente encantada. Fiquei tão apaixonada que já reservei para voltar em alguns dias. Tudo é perfeito, sem defeitos. Se eu pudesse escolher um lugar para morar em Dubai, seria exatamente neste apartamento. Como se a vista da sacada já não fosse surpreendente, a do quarto consegue ser ainda melhor. Dormir e acordar olhando diretamente para o Burj Khalifa e toda aquela paisagem deslumbrante foi, pra mim, uma experiência inesquecível. Desde o momento em que entrei no apartamento, me emocionei, é realmente de tirar o fôlego. Sem dúvida, está no meu Top 5 dos melhores apartamentos em que já me hospedei na vida. Lovely place to stay in Downtown with Burj khalifa view. The apartment is well furnished and well maintained (with complete amenities including washing machine, iron board, hair dryer, water kettle, etc). We are a family of 5 with 2 kids. We were very comfortable with 2 Bedrooms with 5 beds. The society has a beautiful pool and we enjoyed swimming with a view of Burj Khalifa. Carla was super helpful and very responsive. She also left a booklet in the apartment with a lot of information about the place like way to the mall, restaurants, food and grocery ordering, etc. Overall great experience and would love to come back and stay here.

The view of the Burj Khalifa from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking—unobstructed, close-up, and magical both day and night. The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. From the cozy interior to the well-equipped kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows, every detail was top-notch. The hosts were responsive, professional, and made check-in seamless. One of the highlights of my stay was the location. Dubai Mall is just a short walk away, and we truly enjoyed the evening strolls around the area. The lighting, the energy, and the vibrant atmosphere at night made every walk feel special and relaxing. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this apartment offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

It was a great place to chill and relax. host was extremely good and welcoming. About the apartment it was very clean spacious and beautifuly maintained. host was very helpful with everything and I got response from his team in minutes. recommending everyone for a beautiful home away from home.

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Maria’s cozy home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was nice and felt lived in—in the warmest way possible. All the furnishings were new and updated but the warm feel and energy of the space made us feel right at home. The shaded garden with cute little kitties stopping by was sweet and entertained our pups. Walking to the gym in the mornings, just a few minutes from the villa was actually the main attraction for us. It was a nice stroll away and a great way to start the day. Anytime we needed anything, Maria responded positively and promptly. Was a great experience and we were happy to be the first guests here. Our next Airbnb has big shoes to fill!

Great place

This was my second stay at this incredible Airbnb, and it somehow managed to impress me even more than the first time. The apartment is consistently clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight, once again, is the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa—absolutely unbeatable. Whether it’s morning light reflecting off the tower or the dazzling night lights, it never gets old. It truly feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai. Sherif and Abdallah remain outstanding—helpful, responsive, and felt like family members throughout. I’ll absolutely be coming back for a third stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

Vše bylo skvělé a nic nám nescházelo. Jen koupelna a nějaký vybavení bytu už něco pamatují, ale to nám nijak nepokazilo dojem. Byli jsme moc spokojení, prioritou je pro nás čistota a to splnilo naše požadavky. Po příchodu na ubytování bylo čisto a voňavo. Doporučujeme.

Perfect stay for a family with young kids like us - the flat has everything you need including cot and high chair, lots of space, kids toys, and being attached to the Anantara resort means access to beach, kids pools, restaurants and the kids club! We have a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality.

Nice place and location!

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
