Absolutely brilliant villa. Modern clean cosy beautiful bedrooms. Loved the furniture no expense spared. Great air con. Big garden with nice furniture. This villa has everything you need. Pool is modern clean and within 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and shops also 5-10 minutes walk. The host is amazing and very helpful and responsive. Missing hair dryer so they bought a brand new one and had it delivered. For the first time ever I left some belongings. As I had moved to my next location in Dubai they had them delivered to me which was over half hour away. If I visited again I would hire a car to get about. Well worth a visit. Thankyou

100% recommended. Excellent family stay - the Arabian Ranches community is very peaceful, the community pool is great and it’s pretty easy to get to most things in Dubai. The house itself was wonderful, and exactly like the photos. House next door was under construction but no noise disturbance while we were there. The only note I have for future guests is that the pool gets full of leaves within hours - on arrival it looked like no-one had cleaned it for ages but having stayed there for a week we realised it is serviced/cleaned regularly but it’s just an impossible task to keep leaf free!

Stan’s villa was phenomenal. We stayed for a week over new year with some family (4 kids in total) and had a magical time. The bedrooms are all en suite, the living areas are wonderful for everyone to ‘hang out’ in, and we loved the bbq, pool and garden (the small kids also really enjoyed the play room!). It was a very special and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic - it felt like the whole of Dubai was accessible within 20-30 minutes, and neighbourhood itself was delightfully quiet. We highly recommend this place!

Home was spotlessly clean, (although it would be useful to have a dust pan and broom) comfortable and clutter free. Although the property was discounted due to construction the external areas where very dusty and this transferred inside on feet etc. I dont really feel like that the host could prevent this, noise wasn't an issue but debris from construction site often blew into the garden which was a little annoying. All in all a good stay for the discounted rate.

We had a great stay at Sham’s villa. The house had plenty of bedrooms with space for everyone and the compound was great and quite. Lots of walkable playgrounds, the pool in the compound is great and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Sham’s was a wonderful host, being very responsive and helpful with any issues! Would highly recommend the stay for any family!

This house is beautiful. I stayed here for 2 months and I loved the house and the area as well. There are a lot things to do in the area as well. So for the future if someone is booking this house they will have a wonderful time while living here. Zilola was always there to help with anything if needed and I’m sure she will do the same for future tenants as well.
