The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

'St Mary's Cottage' Stunning house in Boston Spa

This delightful, recently refurbished 2 bed cottage sits in an exclusive cul-de-sac in the heart of the scenic, award winning Yorkshire village of Boston Spa. There are gorgeous countryside and riverside walks on your doorstep and red kites soaring overhead. Boston Spa is diverse and bustling with new and established cafes, restaurants and bars only a minutes walk away. St Mary's Cottage has a beautiful private rear garden for family play and outdoor dining and a separate private parking area.

Fig Tree Cottage

Off the main street in the small historic village of Linton-on-Ouse which lies close to the national trust property of Beningborugh Hall and within 30 mins drive of York, Harrogate, Knaresborough and Ripon. The area provides open countryside which is popular with cyclists and walkers. “Fig Tree Cottage” is a recently completed conversion project finished to a high modern standard providing quality accommodation. There are a couple of pubs and the Lock House Pub serves food and takeaways.

With wide grass verges, honey coloured stone houses and a traditional country pub just up the road, Coxwold is one of the prettiest villages in North Yorkshire. York, Harrogate, Helmsley and Malton are close by, the North York Moors, Yorkshire Dales and east coast all within easy reach. Newburgh Priory is just up the road and Michelin starred Black Swan at Oldstead a short drive away.

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.

A Large comfortable cottage on the outskirts of the lovely Haxby village approximately 5 miles from York Centre . With 3 bedrooms (one of which is downstairs) and 3 full bathrooms it is a spacious home which is ideal for a family get together or for friends meeting up. The dining kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and eat at home if you wish. The pool table is always a great hit with our guests and many a pool tournament has been played.
