House vacation rentals in The Gulch, Nashville

This place is private and serene that is just 20 minutes from the social and energy of Nashville. There are plenty of places to gather and enjoy the outdoors from the pool to the hot tub to the fireplace/grill area. Inside, the pool table and games provide more fun. The home has plenty of room to host a large group. Our host, Greg, was responsive and quickly responded to issues that needed to be addressed.

We had a great stay at Chelsea’s place. The location was super convenient to downtown. We really appreciated how kid - friendly the home was. Our kids loved having toys available, but the highlight for them was the fully stocked art room! Another highlight was the pool. Perfect for cooling off on those hot Nashville days.

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alex’s condo. It is very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed swimming in the pool as well.

I honestly don't know where to begin!! From the very second we booked this beautiful home, our 5 Star rating began!! The communication between Christina, James, and Laramy was beyond expectations. Our check in was seamless and the home itself is exquisite. This home is so beautifully decorated, furnished and impeccably clean. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals and to gather to talk about the day. The sauna, hot tub, and cowboy pool were such beautiful bonuses to our stay. Unfortunately we experienced a significant amount of rain during our stay so to be able to enjoy the house and the sauna, tub, and pool still made us feel like we were on vacation!!! These things made all the difference!!! Downtown Nashville is about 8-10 minute drive depending on the time of day and we were able to enjoy walking Broadway a couple times during our stay and we had no trouble finding parking. I look forward to our next stay in this Home!!!!! 10 STARS!!!!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house is quaint and comfortable. Much like other reviews said, the house and neighborhood were peaceful and quiet. Great area that we would like to explore in the future! Bill was one of the most amazing hosts—communicated well & often, flexible, and accommodating.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place, and I can't recommend it enough! The home looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and spacious, truly offering all the comforts of home. David, the host, genuinely cares about his guests' comfort and enjoyment—he checked in on us periodically, but never intruded on our privacy. His attention to detail made our vacation enjoyable from start to finish. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place for you! Thank you, David, for a fantastic stay!

This property was comfortable and complete. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was one of the most pleasant I’ve slept in recently. The location was convenient with decent restaurants close by. No problem with parking. Seth was very responsive to questions, usually answering within minutes. I would definitely book again!

We loved our stay in such a beautiful place, we had everything we needed and uber to downtown was so quick to arrive and just a 20 minute trip.

This space was awesome! My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights for a quick weekend trip. Perfect size for 2 people in a private location and walkable to Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, etc. I love this area. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Drew’s place for a large group party. When planning I prioritized location so we could walk to most places and comfort so that nobody had to share a bed and were able to do both!

Great place to stay in Nashville! Major sites of interest are in close proximity (State Capital, Broadway, downtown, sport stadiums, and of course, the great music venues!) The house is just awesome, and has everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Views from the top floor are really cool! Highly recommended!

Five stars all the way around. The place was clean and perfect for just me and my wife. There was also bunkbeds if we ever want to bring the family. It is 2 miles from Broadway. About a 45 minute walk. But there’s a great breakfast restaurant and a great pizza place right around the corner from the house.Also a great place to do my Crossfit workouts in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great say. The place was nice & clean. I had some questions and the host answered back right away. Real close to all the downtown action - but the house overlooked a park with a great view of the skyline. Had a blast and we definitely recommend this place to others.

We absolutely love staying here. They were very on top of communicating with us. They had lots of essentials and things available to you. House was very clean and we just overall enjoyed staying there.

We had an excellent stay and the hosts were extremely responsive and quick to respond (although we did not have any issues). Everything was as described if not more. We were there for 6 nights (dad and daughter for a ballet camp). Hosts had every single detail accounted for (i.e. Kitchen had everything and we did not need to bring small amenities). Appreciate the hosts regard for thinking of small things that are helpful. House looks like a pretty recent renovation so everything was new and clean. Area was pretty quiet so no issues there and close to get to highways and other main attractions. Extremely easy to check-in and check-out and less of a procedure compared to other AirBNBs. Utilities such as A/C, WIFI etc worked without any issues and I was able to work from AirBNB without problems and the place is fairly large so that you don't feel cramped working from home daily. Would definitely stay here again if we come back next year.

We loved our time here at Stacy’s place! It was in a perfect spot, we loved walking down to 12 south for shopping and food! Driving to broadway was also quick & easy! A perfect location & beautiful home! They had everything needed for us to cook a meal and the bathrooms were fully stocked for anything we may have forgotten. I highly recommend staying here!

This was a spacious and CLEAN stay! Easy to get to, wonderful instructions provided beforehand. We only stayed one night but had a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again when back in Nashville.
