This home was designed with love! Inspired by our favorite boutique hotels - nestled on a tree-lined street in Logan Square, a locals-only destination for brunch, coffee, craft beer and cocktails. Relax in the massive custom steam shower or catch up on HBO on the 50” WiFi TV. Luxe details throughout -premium espresso, memory foam beds and upgraded linens, fully-equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have private baths, lots of outlets and huge walk-in closets. Easy parking! Central location- Quick walk to Blue Line Train (DIRECT to ORD) - 10 / 15 min to anywhere- Loop, Wicker Park, Lincoln Park! We have tried to attend to every detail- I love boutique hotels and I wanted our Airbnb to reflect that experience. This is a two-bedroom, two-bath private apartment and the garden level of our historic greystone, a classic Chicago property type. The space was newly renovated for friends and family - a luxurious city getaway surrounded by our favorite restaurants. It is warm and cozy with in-floor heat. Truly easy street parking, a rarity in the city. Five minute walk to train at Logan Square Blue Line (20 min direct connection to O’Hare Airport/ORD) and around the corner from top-rated restaurants-blocks to Fat Rice, Longman & Eagle, and Lula, all Michelin rated. Don’t miss brunch at Jam, pozole at Quiote and tiki drinks at Lost Lake, ranked one of the fifty best bars in the world- all walkable. The master has a king-size memory foam bed, individual reading lights with dimmers, and an ensuite bath with massive walk-in steam / rain shower. Second bedroom has a cozy memory foam double bed, private ensuite bath with new oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and cast iron Kohler tub. Both beds have premium 100% cotton linens, black out shades, nightstands with convenient outlets, and walk-in closets -- plenty of room for luggage. Our brand new kitchen has lots of bells and whistles -a Bosch convection oven, garbage disposal, ice maker, filtered water built into the sink and pantry with starter items for cooking. We offer unlimited Nespresso and a french press with whole bean Intelligentsia, our favorite local coffee. Enjoy a night in with our 50" 4K WiFi TV - HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Spotify Premium are logged in and ready to go. Private entrance. Lots of extras while preserving the character of a classic Chicago home. You're welcome to enjoy the backyard (we have great neighbors). Trash / recycling through gate behind yard. Four blocks to Blue Line- This cozy garden retreat is a half block to the neighborhood’s famous Logan Boulevard, lined with park space and historic mansions. Steps to independent coffee shops, brunch and the city’s best cocktails. Walk to tropical drinks at Lost Lake, Michelin rated gastropub Longman and Eagle, fresh pasta at Daisies and local favorite Lula. You’re also an easy eight minute walk to the Logan Square Blue Line. Easy / free street parking. Logan Square is extremely central. We are a four block walk to Blue Line Train (which connects directly to ORD/O’Hare Airport!) and joins all trains with a 15 minute ride South toward the Loop. The Blue Line runs underground and does not share tracks- it is by far the fastest city train line. This neighborhood is particularly easy for cabs as you are only 2 minutes from the 90/94 Expressway: - 10 minutes to Wicker Park - 10 minutes to Lincoln Park - 8 min to West Loop/Fulton Market -15/20 min to Magnificent Mile/Wrigley This is the garden (ground) level of a two-flat- You will hear occasional footsteps above but residents are respectful and polite- they are two professional women and not early risers! Based on my personal spent time in the unit, this will not impact your experience in a significant way. Although we have honored historic details wherever possible, this is a brand new apartment with great insulation. We offer a white noise machine just in case. Ceilings are over 7 ft and while not soaring, tall guests have been comfortable. The unit has radiant in-floor heating (no cold feet!) controlled in your unit with a traditional thermostat. Because it is an English garden and partially below grade, the temperature is very stable. We have window air conditioners for summer.

Furnished with high end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin De Ville... Missoni pillows… fascinating art...upscale linens from Sferra and Abyss...Stainless steel backsplash in the kitchen… Electric blinds in every room...High Def OLED Smart TV's everywhere and Sonos Sound system for indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. Our 1000 Square Foot terrace is very unique for a downtown location. You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. It's great for sunbathing and some pre-dinner drinks and conversation, or even an intimate catered dinner party. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security. Upon arrival, you will generally find fresh flowers, coffee, tea, cream, milk, some juice and beer and a bottle of sparkling wine, plus my favourite Lindt chocolate bar :) Please let me know if you require any additional items prior to your stay and I will do my best to accommodate. There are 3 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds. Each of the first two have their own ensuite bathroom + the custom wall to wall cozier 3rd bedroom has a curved OLED High Def TV. There is an available roll-away bed for groups of 7 people, though the 7th person will be in the living area. Each bedroom comes equipped with their own private hotel style safe. There are 3 bathrooms in total. The first has a tub/shower, the second a marble shower and the third is a two piece bathroom. Toiletries are provided. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is also a Reverse Osmosis water filter with it's own tap at the kitchen sink. If you're a coffee lover, you're really going to enjoy our coffee selection. If needed, parking is in our own private spot off the elevators and is included at no extra charge. Lastly, please note that our spectacular and cozy sister property is right next door with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps five and also boasts a south view with another 1,000 foot terrace. Together, we can accommodate up to 12 guests. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Access of the gym and outdoor space with BBQ is included. (6th floor) Note: If for some reason we cannot meet and greet you upon your arrival, we will send you the lock-box instructions. You can call us at any time for help. The western end of Queen is best known as a centre for Canadian broadcasting, music, fashion, performance, and the visual arts. Chinatown is just a few blocks away for an after-club meal. Famous Queen Street West is just a block away for shopping. Public transit is closeby... streetcars on Queen Street and King Street, plus the Osgoode Subway station is just a short 2 minute walk. Both Union Station (train) and The Bus Terminal are just a 10 minute walk, Billy Bishop (Island Airport) is 10 minute taxi ride away and Pearson Airport can be reached by taxi or by the UP express train from Union Station. Please adhere to the following; No more than 7 sleeping in the suite ...no more than 10 in the suite or on the terrace. There have been numerous noise complaints and management have told us that evictions and $500.00 fines are coming our way for any guests that are loud. We have no say once security gets involved. NO loud music NO parties. NO events without prior written consent. NO smoking indoors (balcony only) Please be respectful of your surroundings and the neighbours. The majority of the people who live in the building are full-time residents who go to work and don't want to have to deal with excessive noise and problems. Million Dollar City Views in Stylish and Trendy Apartment

Gaze at a seemingly unending city view through the full-size windows of this condo that sits high above the downtown hustle. The 46" HDTV offers great viewing, while features like marble counter tops and ceiling spotlights add real style. • Guests are required to provide the number from a piece of government issued photo ID and present that same piece of ID on check in. This 525 sqft condo has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, private bedroom and bathroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to prep almost any meal. The bathroom features a full bath and I provide extra toiletries if you've forgotten anything. You are renting my entire apartment. Accommodations are not shared with anyone. Easily connect to my AppleTV to enjoy your own music collection or watch Netflix. Please contact me directly if you have any issues or questions. There are great restaurants and pubs around the condo and the Royal Ontario Museum is within easy reach. Church Street in the Toronto gay village is a couple of blocks away. Easy access to the subway line is available via college station - about a 5-7 minute walk and there is a bus stop seconds from the lobby. Please follow all my rules - I am a strict host - and I charge/fine guests through the resolution centre when needed. I need compliance with my rules to continue to operate in the condo (so neighbours are not disturbed) and to ensure that the unit is ready for your stay as well as the next guest's. When you arrive, you'll see that I'm not just strict with the rules, but also with making sure that the cleaning and prep are perfect. Up to 4 adults can be accommodated - 2 in the queen sized bed and 2 on the sofa-bed. Pillows and linens provided for the number of guests in the reservation. Airbnb is permitted in the building, but building staff and concierge do not support Airbnb guests (per the direction of building management). Most of my guests simply say they're friends of mine and are staying in my condo, as I do not advertise the fact that I'm an Airbnb host within the building to keep things simple.Please bear in mind that you're staying in a condo and not a hotel. Cozy Blue House on the Shores of Lake Erie

Snuggle up on plush seating in front of the gas fireplace after a day of strolling along the shoreline of Lake Erie. With homey decor, a color palette of light gray, and whimsical nautical flourishes, this home radiates warmth. Sleeping quarters with queen beds and a full bathroom are located on the second story of the home. Entire house is available. Owner lives on same street. Washer and Dryer are in the basement where a half bath is located. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, & gas range, toaster, tea kettle and coffee makers (auto and french press). Kitchen leads to the dining room and living room with ample room to kick back and enjoy friends and family or just relax with a good book. Staircase leads to the second story where you'll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedrooms have queen size beds and have upscale linens and plenty of room. Bathroom has a full sized shower and bathtub, with plenty of fresh clean towels. No Access to: room to the right side of fireplace and the exterior door in the master bedroom (due to a loose railing and screen door that needs replaced). I live just steps away from the property and can be available to answer any questions or assist you with any issues or concerns. All linens, throws, towels, dish towels and bath mats are cleaned with detergents free of dye and fragrances. Euclid Hospital is right next door to the house, with Lake Erie in its backyard. Several shops and restaurants are minutes away, and downtown Cleveland is a short drive away as well, with easy reach to attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The property sits on a dead end street and has a bus stop on the other end of the street, 2 minute walk from the front steps to the bus stop. I-90 is a 5 minute drive from the house which can take you to the downtown Cleveland area in just a few minutes. The Euclid Hospital is next door to the property and had a gate put in our fence so guests and residents of 191st Street could walk to the shoreline and enjoy Lake Erie. Several benches and tables are set amongst beautiful landscaping on the shoreline to enjoy a good book or walk the dog. Lake Erie is a very peaceful to sit and enjoy the waves or watch the boats.
