Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in The Bahamas

We loved our stay at Mark and Susan's place. They provided lots of info in advance to help with directions, what to do's, where to go, etc. House was amazing, and Eleuthera was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Locals were friendly and delightful to interact with - as were the sea turtles! Would love to visit again and will be sure to come in pineapple season (best ever!).

Had a fantastic week long stay!!! Rented a car (M&W Johnson's Car Rental)and explored the island. Great place to be to go explore everything. Also best place to be was where we were. The restaurants and beaches closest to us were our favorite places. {i.e…. Pascals(say hi to Sammy), Tippy’s, Buccaneers Club, 1648(say hi to Kelly), The Deck, please visit Fish Fry Fridays} That being said….. the house was amazing. Pool with a waterfall was so refreshing and nice to relax in. The garden areas are so lovely. Spent a lot of time looking out the windows and the surrounding nature. Inside was clean and inviting from walking in to leaving on the last day. Cool and comfortable everywhere in the house and a great kitchen set up. We slept so comfortably every night.

Insane was our word of the week! Water was beyond beautiful, house and view was breathtaking, we got in the water there at the house alot to cool off and snorkel . We felt safe and Diane was SO very kind , helpful and shared plenty of recommendations for us. We took a catamaran for a day that was only 8 min from the house, through Sail Tomorrow at Montagu beach…very safe and incredible day with our two teenagers snorkeling multiple stops and also saw the pigs, great lunch served and drinks . We also were able to go visit Atlantis and Baha Mar for no charge (other than parking)to walk around . Ate at the Wild Thyme, Latitudes, Poop Deck , restaurant at Atlantis and all were excellent minus the Fish fry at Junkanoo we didn’t care for . Overall insane trip we won’t forget!

Wow! This was such an amazing place to stay in Long Island—we truly loved it here. It’s a safe, welcoming island, and while we normally don’t return to the same place twice, this spot will be hard not to revisit. The house had everything we needed, including thoughtful safety essentials like EpiPens, a choking kit, and a first aid kit. It was comforting to know those were there, especially since there aren’t hospitals directly on the island. We adored the balcony view. Like many reviews mentioned, it’s the perfect spot for coffee and breakfast. We also had dinners there and stargazed most nights—the skies are stunning. We stayed in late May, and the beach really opened up more toward the end of the month, with significantly lower tides. High tide usually came in around 4–5:30 p.m. The beach in front of the house is amazing. I loved the rocks and the little hidden cove, which offers natural shade at times. There was some seaweed build-up, but it didn’t affect the water quality during

Initially a bit hesitant since the house had no reviews—but it turned out to be a fantastic find! It’s much more spacious than expected and comfortably accommodates 13 people (though some will need to share a bathroom). The open-plan living room and kitchen area was perfect for our group, with plenty of seating, and the outdoor space was ideal in the evenings, offering a lovely view of the garden, pool, and ocean. Surprisingly, the TV had what seemed like over 3,000 channels—we could even watch European soccer, which was a fun bonus (I need that setup at home!). The location is the real highlight: just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything is just minutes away, and we barely needed the car—even though we had one. The pool area was quiet and practically felt private, and the nearby beach, while small, was perfect for our short stay. Overall, the house looks exactly like the photos. We’ll definitely be back—this is a rare gem and a solid 5.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The hosts thought of everything a vacationer might need and had it readily available. Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever rented. Loved being able to walk around town.

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Rainbow Charm. Our 2 teenagers loved the pool, jumping off the rocks, the hammocks. We have been to Eleuthera 5 times and this is our fav rental when bringing the kids ! The location is great for both north and south beaches/restaurants. We felt safe ( as usual in Eleuthera ) and Chris really knows what guests want at a vacation rental. We didn’t need to reach out to David the caretaker but we did meet him at Mel’s Snack Shack and he’s lovely! We are rebooking the home for our fall trip!

Wow wow wow. This place was even better than we imagined. Alvan communicated everything we needed to know without us asking. Every detail is well thought out and we all felt at home immediately. The pool is magical at sunset! The beds are comfortable! The towels are soft! The kitchen is the best I've ever seen in an Airbnb. I can't wait to book this place again.

This is a great place in Governor's harbor to explore the island. The apartment is clean and even had the generator running when power to the entire central island went out!

Ghia is an amazing host ,our stay was great and Ghia was very helpful and friendly .

We had a wonderful stay! The unit had plenty of space for the three of us to feel comfortable. The neighborhood was very safe and peaceful, which made us feel at ease throughout our trip. Indira was always responsive whenever we had any questions or needed recommendations. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. Highly recommended!

This experience was much better than we have had staying in Air BnB properties. Kyrene literally thought of everything we could need and had it available for us. The condo was clean, private, and well organized. The area was quiet and the pool outside was clean and so nice! We had a power outage the last night we were there, and Kyrene kept us updated on the situation. We loved staying here and if u could give it 6 stars, I would!

Sandra and Philip were very friendly and their home was perfect for our family of 5. The pool was clean and was the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. Their pup was an added bonus! Would whole heartedly recommend anyone with a family to stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Lucia’s place. Great communication and listing just as described. Lucia is an incredibly personable host and her property has the perfect local vibe for a stay in beautiful Spanish Wells. We really enjoyed her resident sweet dogs and cats as well! The porch is a wonderful place to sip morning coffee while enjoying a garden view. The tropical landscape of her property is glorious. We loved finding hermit crabs and watching the hummingbirds. The beach is a short 3 minute walk away. Cannot say enough about our fabulous stay.

Pretty solid experience. My 1st Airbnb booking and I am happy with this decision. Definitely get a vehicle, but once you do. Great stay and accommodation

From beginning to end this place continues to amaze. The instructions sent in advance are clear and helpful. The apartment is better than described. It comes with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The onsite staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - providing beach chairs and an umbrella when we mentioned wanting to find shade at the beach. The views of the harbor are what keep bringing us back. It is so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise or enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day. The amount of sea life cruising past is awe inspiring. We watched baby nurse sharks, rays, turtles and more gently drift past. The apartment is centrally located in Georgetown making it an easy walk across the street to Exuma Markets, liquor stores, Exuma Yacht club, Sharie's for daiquiris and the Straw Market. If you are a couple looking for a great little spot to relax this is for you!

Amazing stay, pictures do not do it justice! Only half a mile walk to Bahamar for restaurants, casino, and shopping. So quiet and peaceful when you are ready to get away from the action. Tineka was such a welcoming hostess and so accommodating. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

Willie was very accommodating to me and my family . Gave great suggestions on restaurants and area activities and responding within minutes every time we had a question .

Let me start off by saying how great and responsive Roquelle was in making sure my stay was comfortable. The area is very peaceful and quiet you can relax and think it made me feel like I was at home away from home. The room was very clean and well decorated. Clean linens and also the surrounding were just as clean. I loved the HOT shower mostly :-) the water pressure was great and the temperature stayed hot just how I like it. The private entrance was a plus along with the private garden area which was great for relaxing and enjoying nature. Overall my stay at Seas the Day was awesome and I will most definitely return again or recommend to a friend/family.

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Marisa and Gabriella have a beautiful place!! my family and I stayed for a week and loved every bit of it. The beach was quiet and beautiful, but we also ventured to other beaches(Xanadu and Gold Rock Beach). We loved all of them. I would recommend getting a rental if you plan to do this. the m We cooked a lot, but the food was excellent when we did eat out. The neighbors were all extremely friendly and welcoming. We didn't feel unsafe at any point. The dolphin swim was our family's favorite by far. We will be back!

Extremely recommended! really responsive and kind hosts. very Cosy place and provides everything above and beyond. Would highly recommend including the car as it would be difficult to travel around the island otherwise. Love beach is great and nearby.

The condo was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing escape. But the real magic was the location—just a short, convenient trip to Port Lucaya where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and local culture. The private beach was a slice of paradise, with soft sand, calm turquoise waters, and cozy shaded tiki huts that made it effortless to spend hours lost in a good book or simply soaking in the view. Highly recommend staying here—and without a doubt, we would stay again.
