Condo vacation rentals in Thasos

Our stay was excellent! The space is spotless and the atmosphere of the house very warm and welcoming. The amenities also meet the description of the home. The location (15 minutes from the nearest beach) very beautiful and picturesque, with nice options for going out, yet quiet and serene. For us, what stood out was the ethos of the hosts… Exceptional people, very kind, hospitable, willing to solve any problem (if it came up). We would definitely prefer them again on a second visit to the island!

The accommodation looks like on the pictures. It is a spacious apartment, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is apart of air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room. As a location it is an ideal one that you can visit all the island and there is a very large parking at 20 meters. Right next door is a rental center scooters and atvs with very good prices. I highly recommend!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. Markeliana’s mom was extremely friendly and thoughtful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Since we were staying near Christmas, the apartment was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme, which added a special touch to our experience. Additionally, there were lovely fresh flowers in the apartment, which made the ambiance even more delightful. The cleanliness was outstanding everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The bed was very comfortable with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location and the view were stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like home, not just a rental place! A huge thank you to the host, and we sincerely hope to stay here again in the future.

Great! Cute and comfortable apartment. Very clean. Innovative and cozy design. A prime location in the center of everything! Free public parking next to the building. An elevator that helped us a lot to get around with the cart. Yanis and Mariana were very helpful and nice. Highly recommend.

Our hosts were very nice and helpful. They left an umbrella the day it rained. The house has everything you can look for. Air conditioning works very good We will be staying there when we come back.

Although the apartment is quite old the location is stunning we sat on the balcony every night over looking the beautiful bay The accommodation has free WiFi Only thing I would say it could do with an extra couple of sockets closer to the beds ! The bakery next door is very good also the restaurants on the front are good Overall we had a great vacation and Kostas is a very nice person who goes above and beyond to help !!

The location of the newly built house is just 20m down the steep but paved road that separates from the main motorway. There is a gate to the small parking lot which can fit two cars safely and comfortably. Each unit has its own access keeping the intimacy of the splendid view towards the olive garden. The apartment is very spacious with large sliding glass doors connecting the ground level garden with the interior. The bathroom is comfortable to use and the kitchen is the best equipped we’d seen in Greece so far. The orientation of the house is towards the west therefore the patio is sunny up until the very sunset. There is also a path that leads to the shore where you can find two sunbeds however the beach itself is very rocky so its recommended to use water shoes. The only little downside to this otherwise beautiful modern complex is that the outdoor sofa is thinly padded therefore uncomfortable for longer periods of use, but this does not take away from our experience

Yianni’s place was just what I needed after a very wet day’s cycling. It’s nice and modern and everything works. Place was spotlessly clean too. Coffee machine a nice touch. It’s an easy walk into town and takes about 10 mins and there’s a little supermarket 2-3 mins away. The way back from town takes a bit longer as Kavala is seriously hilly in places.

A wonderful apartment right in the center of Nea Peramos. Nice furniture, cute decoration, everything was in very good order. Absolute recommendation from my side!

Absolutely loved our stay in Kavala at this charming place! The view from the window was truly breathtaking and made the uphill climb completely worthwhile. Having a parking spot was a huge plus given the limited availability in the area. The space was cozy and clean and the bedroom was comfortable. We also appreciated the hot water with great pressure—it was perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing quick getaway. Highly recommend!

It was amazing, quiet place with magnificient view. If you are looking for relaxation this is the place, you also have sea view. 15 min walk to the beach. Thank you Andreea for everything🤍

Οne of the cleanest, most beautifully decorated and well-equipped apartmentσ I have stayed in. The location in Prinos is optimal, short driving distance to some of the best beaches in the island as well as great supermarkets. As mentioned, the apartment is fully-stocked , so if you want to cook you'll have everything you need. The hosts live in the apartment above this one and they are available for any issue that might arise (although we had zero issues). Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thasos and wants some piece and quiet.

I don’t even have the words to describe how incredible and lovely our stay was! The apartment was even bigger than expected, clean and cozy. The location is perfect for people who want to explore the city, the centre is 15 minutes away. And on top of that the host was really welcoming and responsive, we broke down our car and they helped us fix it! Felt at home and would come visit again🤍

The apartment is exactly as described. Great place, near lot of restaurants and bars. 3 mins walking until the closest beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back with pleasure.

What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.
