Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Thanh Xuân

Stayed in this lovely Airbnb for 3 nights and it was perfect for my friends and I! The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful - and the apartment is clean and spacious. We particularly loved the comfy beds! Location wise it is quite a safe street, not too much traffic and noise at night. As 4 girls we felt safe and secure here - especially because there is someone at reception the entire day, and the apartment complex is locked at night. Would definitely come back or stay!

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. Had a great time in Hanoi, and staying here definitely added to the experience! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. One of the highlights was definitely the food, absolutely delicious and felt like a true taste of local cuisine. The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hanoi!

I went on a trip to Hanoi again and I didn’t hesitate to stay at Trang’s place for the second time. It felt right like home. Everything I needed was available. Her parents were really kind and helpful. It’s perfect location for me to get around the city.

Ngoc was very friendly and helpfull and really nice host and the apartment was great!

Van and her sister Nhummie were very nice hosts. Nhummie who was mainly in charge of the place was a very easy person to get along with and talk to. Her other longtime guests and friends were easy to be around with. Nhummie was very nice to me in giving me her leftover lunch on the first day that I came to her place. Provided basic necessities like oil, as well as other things to cook my food with like the rice cooker. This environment felt like home away from home because of this. Room was very spacious. Bathroom had enough room to take a shower in. Washer was very good in washing the clothing. Detergent was provided. Basic things were provided like shampoo if I needed it. No bath towels, of course that is okay with me since I already have my own towels. Didn't need a lot of these necessities since I had my own. The only things were that the location was inconvienient through no fault of the hosts and the faucet for the bathroom sink was too slow.

I highly recommend to stay at this Airbnb. I am a globetrotter and have stayed at plenty of hotels, hostels, Airbnbs and vacation homes. Ðạt is very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. When it was a bit cold I expressed that and he provided a heater for us right away. When we asked about how to get from the airport to the place he aided us with instructions too. Everything was smooth and Ðạt was always responsive and helpful. The place is privately located in a quiet neighborhood. It is exactly as described and looks as advertised in the pictures. There is literally nothing to complain about. Absolutely wonderful Airbnb. You will not regret staying here, I can promise you that. 호스트는 친절하고 항상 신속하게 답해줍니다. 불편한것이 없는지 중간중간 체크해주시고, 문제를 해결해주려고 최선을 다 합니다. 숙소 위치는 미딩에서 가깝고 올드쿼터 까지의 거리는 조금 있지만, 두군데 모두 다니기에 좋은 위치입니다. 집의 컨디션은 최고이며, 층수도 높아서 전망도 좋았습니다. 저희는 남자 네명이서 우정여행을 왔는데, 이번 숙소에 아주 만족했습니다. 하노이 오시는분들께 추천드립니다.

Mình book phòng này vì em mình thi Ielts ở số 1 Đông Tác. Phòng nhỏ xinh nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi. Địa điểm vô cùng thuận lợi cho việc di chuyển và có nhiều quán ăn, chỗ vui chơi xung quanh. Bạn host nhiệt tình, vui vẻ.

The Apartment is beautiful, high quality and huge for a family. Around the location you have enough of restaurants, supermarkets, sports activities and the public transport. Hong Mai offers a excellent service. 6 out of 5 stars.

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed with AirBnB and also one of the most helpful, responsive hostesses we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Miss Trang gave great instructions upon arrival and answered our many questions quickly, always with additional helpful information and assistance. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, and the hostess made it a completely lovely experience! We'd stay again!

Ich habe diese Unterkunft für eine Nacht vor meiner Weiterreise nach Phu Quoc gebucht und war sehr zufrieden. Ich bin spät abends angekommen, es gab klare Check-in Anweisungen und es hat alles super geklappt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war der Hammer, gerade abends wenn die ganzen Lichter der Häuser und Autos zu sehen waren. Auf dem Balkon stand eine Waschmaschine, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sicherlich ein großer Pluspunkt. Unten gab es auch Minimärkte und Restaurants. Es war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen.
