Next to the main entrance door, a kitchen door leads directly into the green courtyard. The terrace offers seating and a barbecue area. Behind the barn is the spacious garden with swimming pool.

In Eilenburg there is an animal park near the city center, as well as a swimming lake with a water ski facility.
