Thanks to good infrastructure and central location, you are quickly in the city center or in the exhibition center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

Beautiful old building right in the city center of Wels. 84 m² of living space, very spacious bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Ok, Wels has MANY one way streets, which made it difficult to find. I ended up on the wrong side; it took 15 mins, and the help of a local, to find the front door. Be sure to check-in online, as the process, when tired wanting to get in, is very longwinded. I needed help and thank god another guest arrived — as there is NO ONE on site to help. There’s very little in the area for a meal, except for fast food. On the PLUS side, the room and foyer were absolutely immaculate! All is modern and in great taste. Parking is locked (with a string to pull to get out). I hadn’t realised that the kitchenette was so complete; I could have brought my own breakfast! I thought it was going to be noisy (near a main-ish road) but it’s fine at night. I even slept with an open window! All in all, I would be happy to come back! Just make a dinner reservation ahead of time…

Have an enjoyable stay at Doris's place. Should have arrive earlier to have a stroll and enjoy the nice scenery there but we manage to do it the next early morning. Doris even let us pluck some cherries and it taste much better than the one we bought. The 2 attractions that Doris reconmended is really wonderful and beautiful. Totally reconmended and will surely come back if we ever visit again.

The room was very cozy and the hosts totally nice and friendly. In the morning, I was always greeted nicely by the cats and could have breakfast on the balcony. A highlight was the cooling opportunity in the pool. All in all, a great stay!
