Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Holidays between mountains, lakes and the city of Salzburg Our exclusive penthouse apartment with a large sun terrace is located at the foot of the Gaisberg and has stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountain scenery. This location makes city walkers, adventurers and athletes happy all year round, but also all those who just want to wake up with a mountain view and marvel at the panorama. The center of Salzburg can be reached in 10-15 minutes by bus or by car.

A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. The final cleaning €95. Tourist tax is €2.40 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Stunning location over looking the Wolfgangsee Lake and the village of St Gilgen, our Apartment No.25 is a modern, luxurious, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with a modern well equipped kitchen. The new wooden block building, built in traditional architecture and insulated with sheep wool, is located in the idyllic lakes and Salzkammergut area near the Salzburgring. The bus stop towards Salzburg or Bad Ischl is only a 7-minute walk away. From here you can reach all sights or excursion destinations in about half an hour.

Our newly renovated studio is located in the attic of a well-kept single-family home on Dürrnberg overlooking the legendary Untersberg. The studio impresses with lots of glass and light. There is also underfloor heating in the studio.

The apartment is located in the Jadorf district overlooking the Hoher Göll. The town center can be reached in a few minutes by car or bike. Parking is available free of charge. Pets are allowed in agreement with the landlord.
