The cozy tiny house on the outskirts of the Voralpen village of Thaining invites you to linger. Wake up in the morning to the crowing of roosters and the ringing of bells. Relax on the terrace or in the garden, walk to the neighboring outdoor swimming pool or explore the beautiful area between Ammersee and Lech, Füssen and Munich. On a good 20 square meters, Tiny Thaining offers a separate bedroom, a sleeping loft and a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Recreation in Thaining in beautiful Lechrain between Lech and Ammersee in our newly renovated 58m² non-smoking apartment in 2025. It can accommodate up to five guests and small guests are welcome. Extensive amenities are available for the little ones. For bicycles, there is a lockable room. Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area (zone of 30) on the outskirts of the village with no through traffic. Not suitable for cat hair allergy sufferers!

The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.
