Vacation rentals with a patio in Thailand

Wonderful place to be. Nice beach, deep water, and in the end of April very peaceful. Great restaurants close by and perfect located to explore the island. Krissy was absolutely friendly and helpful with great tips! Would love to come back!♥️

Un vrai coup de cœur ! Le logement était d’une propreté irréprochable, on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L’emplacement est top, pratique pour tout. Mention spéciale pour la piscine sur le rooftop, un vrai petit paradis avec une vue magnifique ! Et surtout, un grand merci à l’hôte, super réactif et attentionné. Une belle expérience, que je recommande les yeux fermés !

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage. Nahe BTS und MRT Stationen und man kommt in der Stadt damit überall schnell hin. Zum Shopping Terminal 21 ca. 5 min zu laufen. Der Pool ist sauber, aber ohne Bar oder irgendwas und man eine gute Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für vier Personen und man trotzdem noch genügend Platz. Es ist alles da, allerdings gibt es so viele Restaurants und Nightlife in der Gegend, da kocht sowieso niemand. Vor der Tür ist ein schönes ruhiges Café mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Dio Soi 12 Cafe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

Wir waren 4 Tage in Bangkok und haben aufgrund von den sehr guten Bewertungen die Unterkunft gebucht. Den hervoragenden Bewertungen können wir uns im vollen Umfang anschließen. Es gibt gar nicht auszusetzen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Oase im sonst so troublingen Bangkok. Wir hatten auch die Möglichkeit im G.O.A.T zu essen. Es ist in jedem Fall sein Geld wert. If you’re looking for a different kind of experience, this is the place to come. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and forest at the back, while the front opens up to a stunning sea view. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Having someone kind prepare your breakfast in the morning to them doing it all quietly without disturbing you was amazing While I went to the gym, my room was cleaned and our daily needs were always taken care of. We didn’t have to go to the market even once. You don’t even notice the presence of security or staff, everything runs so smoothly. Just 400 meters down the road, there’s a Muay Thai and fitness gym. After training, jumping into the pool or spending time in the ice bath was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was so well thought out, thank you so much. I had an amazing time.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Offene Küche, Hängematten, viel Platz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sprechen Deutsch, Englisch und Thai. Der Wäsche-Service ist extrem preiswert und sehr zu empfehlen. Der Garten ist unfassbar schön und frei zugänglich. Es ist Raucherfreundlich und es gibt Parkplätze. Meerblick und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Katzen und der Hund sind freundlich und kommen ab und zu für Streicheleinlagen. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Wir waren zu viert für 7 Nächte da.

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.

Pannipa, Markus, and Lana welcomed us with such warmth and made us feel truly at home with their thoughtful touches and spot-on local recommendations. We highly recommend renting a scooter or car to explore the beauty of Samui, and then returning each day to this peaceful slice of paradise. They’ve created something really special here—a place that feels both luxurious and deeply personal. Thank you again for everything!

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

Wir durften 11 Tage in der wunderschönen Villa mit privatem Pool verbringen. Privater Pool und ruhige Lage perfekt zum entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat super funktioniert, es wurde schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Ein Late Check Out wurde und ebenfalls ermöglicht. Die Sauberkeit der Villa ließ ebenfalls nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es aber, da wir uns gewünscht hätten, dass der Pool jeden morgen gesäubert wird, da dieser ziemlich oft total voll mit Insekten war. Natürlich wurde der Pool immer dann gereinigt, wenn wir danach gefragt haben. Wäre jedoch angenehmer wenn es autonom passieren würde. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen, da wir uns super erholt haben. Vielen Dank an die beiden Gastgeber. :)

The host was kind, thoughtful and responsive. The property itself is very well designed and very aesthetic. The views are incredible and the local food is the best I have ate in Thailand. Would recommend unreservedly.

This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

This place is exactly like the picture and more. The unit is very spacious and very new. All the decorations and facilities are so well thought out. Despite all the furniture and amenities Pinit provided, he still be able to make the place spotless. My son has quite a severe allergies to dust but he hasn’t had any problem at all. The areas is very peaceful and the beach is very clean. It has a long stretch across Kho Tao district which is heaven for runner like me. There are so many cafe and restaurant within 5-10 mins walk. The host is super responsive, polite and friendly. I say this is one of the best experiences for my Airbnb stay.

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Sehr gute Beschreibung um vom Zug, Haltestelle, AOK, in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung könnte etwas suchen und Überarbeitung vertragen, alles in allem aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche könnte ein wenig sortierter sein. Der Pool ist richtig gut, gerade nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. WLAN funktioniert und die Waschmaschine erfüllt ihren Dienst. Der Gastgeber ist schnell zu erreichen und behebt kleinere Mängel sofort. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist ruhig, gut gelegen und für zwei Leute ausreichend groß , jederzeit gerne wieder.
